The 25 x 30 ft living dining room is spacious, all purpose room highlighted by a large bay, including 18 ft sliding glass doors and floor to ceiling windows as well as overhead skylights to complete a panoramic effect.

This innovative design leads to a 30 ft wide elevated deck offering commanding scenic views of sea and shore.

A nice serving counter is located along the wall of beautiful custom cherry wood kitchen cabinetry. The kitchen also has a grand shore view form over the double sink.

The house has lovely, large trees which surround it providing pleasant summer shade and screening. The shore view is spectacular from the large living-dining room, as well as from the deck.

Beautiful shore side front yard with impressive hand installed seawall & walking path to open ocean.

Great place to unwind as you enjoy the beauty of the lobster boats and majestic schooners sailing down the channel.

The cottage/home is warm and inviting, bright and very roomy with awesome scenery.
