Superb property and host
The villa is absolutely stunning and exactly as described in the listing. Really spacious, clean with an amazing pool and garden area. We had a small problem with the pool cover which was sorted out extremely quickly and professionally. The host couldn't do enough for us. Would definately recommend this property and hope to return.

The villa is absolutely beautiful and the view is too. The host was amazing at dealing with a couple of minor issues (weather related) through no fault of anyone’s but had someone there to fix the issues within hours. He was very polite and accommodating also. The villa was very clean, had everything we could have needed. Cannot fault this place at all. Definitely worth the stay if you are happy to get a taxi to and from the villa to be away from the tussle and bustle of the main part. Wonderful stay would stay again. Thank you

We recently enjoyed our second stay at this villa and would recommend to anyone looking for a family holiday, with easy access to the local resorts of Costa Adeje and Playa de las Américas, which are both within a 10 minute drive from the villa. The villa is well looked after and has everything required for an enjoyable family holiday. When we encountered an issue the owner, Alessandro, was on hand to rectify the problem and was frequently in touch with us to ensure no further issues arose. Would definitely recommend and will return again in the future.

Very clean beautiful villa. Very long walk to the beach. Good communication from owner. As property not ready on our arrival. Cleaners still there. Had to walk back down the hill with small children and wait for 1-2 hours. Very clean and well equipped.

The villa was exactly as it looks! Alessandro provided all the check in info and directions so getting there was no problem. We had a few minor issues which were resolved really quickly and communication was great. The pool is heated and has a cover, bedrooms and main rooms immaculate a bit like a showroom! :) Location wise its up in the hills so away from the noise, close to shops etc.. had a great time - thks!

Lovely villa
We stayed here in mid may and had a great time. Wished we had booked longer than 10 days as it went so fast. Villa is lovely and well equipped for everything you need. It was exactly as it was described on the advert. Ale checked in via phone to make sure we was ok and happy throughout our stay. We had no problems at all.

Modern Classy Villa
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The view was amazing and so private. It is very modern, clean and the windows let in so much sunshine. We loved the kitchen and the island. We cooked several meals, and the open plan was very conducive to ensuring everyone was part of the dinner conversation. I would recommend renting a car, especially if you are planning to visit other areas of the island. We always tried to walk down the hill into town and then jumped in a cab for the return. We had a few queries upon arrival but they were easily sorted as Alessandro was only a text or phone call away. He was so responsive. The pool was a bit cool so we did pay the additional fee to have the heat on for our entire visit. The guest book in the villa had information on supermarkets, restaurants, and the taxi service. The villa was spotless, and the pool and grounds very well maintained. This modern classy villa has everything you need if you are looking for a private, safe abode to get away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas.

Fantastic villa with private heated pool
We had an amazing holiday at this villa. The pool was large and warm. We spent loads of time in there. The villa itself was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Nice, quiet location up the hill from the main resort. We hired a car but I think you can also get taxis easily if needed. Thank you for a lovely stay and we would definitely return here if we come back to Tenerife!

The property is very well appointed and Alessandro was an incredibly helpful host.. As an example the Wi-Fi wasn’t available due to an issue in the street. However I was pre notified of the issue and this was solved by Alessandro providing a Wi-Fi dongle that covered the entire property. The property is in the hills and overlooks Adeje. In order to get a Taxi - I’d suggest trying to book on the local Taxi app (Uber is banned) and paying for trips in cash.

Wonderful villa
The villa was spacious, modern, clean and very well equipped. The area around the pool was huge with sun loungers, a quiet reading area and a dining area by the bbq. The garden and pool were well attended and clean and tidy. Inside the furniture was modern and comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were fabulous. The terrace leading off from all 3 bedrooms got the evening sun and looked out to the sea, it was a great place for an evening glass of wine. There was table tennis in the carport which my teenage boys really enjoyed. The villa is up the hill from the beach/shops but we hired a car so was not a problem in fact it was great to come back to a large, quiet house at the end of the day. Communication with the host was very good, I only had a couple of small questions whilst we were staying there but always had a reply within an hour. I would definitely come back to this villa if we go back to Tenerife and will recommend to friends and family who are planning to go there.

Lovely villa with everything you need. The veds are comtable, the kitchen well equiped and the pool lovely. If i had to be picky it would be that the villa is at the top of the hill so a.car is z must.

Almost Perfect
First of all let me start at the end. The next time I visit Tenerife, I’m staying here. The accommodation and pool were exactly what I was looking for and lived up to every single one of my expectations. The distance and height from Adeje’s waterfront provided us with the perfect distance from the front and whilst you will need transport this is very easy whether car or taxi. The only downside was the extensive building work going on in vicinity of the property during the day. Whilst mostly this was easy to combat with a trip to the beach or Teide on the weekdays when we needed to stay put this drilling was incessant. Overall whilst a distraction from perfection, this would not stop me from highly recommending Alessandro’s property.

Great stay & Alessandro was prompt & polite with our requests. Within easy reach of the main centres of Adeje - we had a car. Local supermarket within easy reach too. We knew there was still building work going on nearby but this was a marginal disturbance.

We have stayed before and my previous review goes into detail about how much I love this property. Nothing has changed, still perfect for us, a family with young children. The pool is so safe and ideal for little ones to play in. The host is always on hand to answer questions and is friendly and accommodating, even granting my request for an extra night at short notice, so helpful.

Lovely villa with fantastic pool
We really enjoyed our stay. The communication was excellent and the villa is great - everything you need is there, it's clean, modern and airy with comfy beds and nice furniture. The pool is fantastic - it's big and the generous shallow step on one side is great for smaller children. We also enjoyed the ping pong table and relaxing outdoor seating areas. Baby friendly villa break
We stayed at Villa Alessandria for 5 nights in March 2022, and couldn't have asked for a better property for us. Alessandro organised a travel cot and highchair for our 18 month old, which was all setup for when we arrived. He was also always available on the phone whenever we needed anything or had an issue, which was very much appreciated when we had a day of strong winds and he sent over a team to ensure things were safe and secured around the pool/garden. Downstairs has a good sized open plan living room/dining/kitchen with a small utility with washing machine, and a separate downstairs toilet. The villa's kitchen is well appointed, with a decent oven, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There's also the standard toaster/kettle as well as coffee pod machine, filter coffee machine and electric juicer. The villa's well designed with multiple sets of sliding glass doors providing access out to the pool and outside dining area. Upstairs there are 3 decent sized bedrooms with integrated wardrobes, one with ensuite shower room, and a separate family shower room. The bedrooms all have access on to a balcony seating area that overlooks the pool and has views towards the sea. Outside, the pool has a very shallow area (inches deep rather than feet) which was perfect for our 18 month old to get her first taste of playing in a swimming pool. It was also very useful for getting onto lilos before launching into the deeper water. The pool was a decent temperature during the day, and retained heat well with the automated pool cover. Around the pool there was a seating area, as well as loungers/parasols, and a separate dining area sheltered by a canvas canopy. It had obviously all been well thought out with everything you could need to have a relaxing time and be able to shelter from the sun if needed. The villa is accessed in a residential area up a steep hill, and I'd recommend hiring a car so you can get around (nothing is far away - 5 minutes to decent restaurants and supermarket). There is parking for 1 car available behind an electric security gate at the front of the property, with the villa accessed up a set of stairs. All in all I'd highly recommend this property, Alessandro as a host, and I'd be very happy to return.

Unbelievable & worth every penny
This villa was perfect for the 4 of us. Big enough to spread out but also a lovely outside are to be social. Is had everything we needed inside plus the layout was superb. As we thought the case maybe we did need a cab to get anywhere. But I’m not joking they were at the door in 5 mins anyway This was a fantastic stay and a special mention to the owner who was v helpful and always able to get in touch

Villa is beautiful, very clean and modern. The pool and the outdoor area is very spacious and perfect for bigger groups. There were 7 of us and we had more than enough space. The only downside is that you either need a car or you'll need to get taxis in order to get around. Taxis are easy enough to book in that area so I wouldn't let the location put you off.

The villa is amazing & in a very quiet neighbourhood perfect for couples & families. It’s a good way up the hill so a hire car or acceptance of using taxi’s each day is required, we used taxi company & they were brilliant, €15 will get you anywhere so it’s cheap journey. Places like Caleta, Pinta, Fanabe & Bobo are well worth a visit, please don’t just keep to America’s & Cristianos Will keep property in mind if I return to Tenerife Owner was always on text if I had any questions & referred me to restaurants when asked. Rosso Sul Mare is a MUST. Thanks

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay here. The villa is just stunning with plenty of space. The pool is warm and an excellent size for the kids. They played in it all day long. Ideally a car would be good to get about however it was only €7 for a taxi to the beach. I would absolutely recommend this villa.

Lovely villa in a secluded neighborhood up the mountain from the main resort areas. There was some local construction that could be noisy at times, but the villa itself is modern and comfortable, with all the amenities that you need, although the pool could be warmer. Check in was very smooth and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

We are a family of 6 (kids 1, 3, 12 and 14) just back from our holiday at this villa and we loved every minute of it. The house and pool were perfect for us in every way. Reliable wifi for the teenager and a super kid friendly pool for the little ones. The house was immaculately clean and super stylish. We can’t wait to go back.
