Great apartment
We are just back from a 2 week stay athe apartment and had a great time. The apartment is well equipped and spacious and has a great balcony area. The bathrooms and kitchen could possibly do with being updated but didn’t annoy us. There was some light/moderate noise from bar below on occasions but this also didn’t bother us and was over by 12 am. It certainly didn’t affect our sleep or the child with us. Very friendly community atmosphere at complex and well looked after with lovely heated pool 😊 Plenty bars / restaurants within walking distance as is los Abrigos , lovely wee fishing town Would definitely book again

Great location, store below provided for our specific dietary needs. It would be good if the terrace gate was lockable. We would have left more windows open through the night. Noise from the bar below was not a problem for us. Would definitely return for another week sometime in the future.

Great apartment in good location.
Lovely spacious and light apartment with huge balcony, perfect for both sun and shade. Close to all amenities, restaurants and bars. Some noise from bar below apartment but not too intrusive. Would definitely return.

Family holiday - Duquesa Del Mar - Golf Del Sur
Had a fantastic holiday at the Duquesa complex. Mike’s apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed - was like a home from home! Loved it! The area is ideal for golfers. As a family we prefer a more tranquil location to be based and are happy to drive 10 minutes to bigger resorts if/when required. Had a good few nights at the Wildgeese Irish Bar which is on the complex doorstep - great fun! Mini market and restaurants close by too. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back again in the not too distant future. Thanks for a great holiday! ☀️

Nice apartment with a few flaws
The apartment is large, airy, and in a good location for local restaurants. However, the pub one floor below with outdoor seating and games is very noisy at night until about 1:00am. (If you are a party person, this is your place.) The apartment needs to be cleaned, especially the bathrooms, and maintenance/updates performed. The pool was beautiful and well maintained.

Apartment was very comfortable and convenient for all amenities did have problems with shower and lady looking after property did try to resolve but unfortunately still leaked up till departure. Second bedroom could have been cleaner as could small shower room but overall happy with accommodation lovely huge balcony and large bedroom and would definitely return

Hi I am sorry the small bedroom and the second bathroom were up to standard, I have spoken to Adele our property manager about this. We did get plumbers in and they could not find any leaks at all and the guests that are in at the moment don’t seem to have had any problems but I will be over soon and will investigate more to make sure there are no other problems. Thank you for your very honest opinion and I am very happy that you enjoyed you stay so much. Mike

We have just spent a week in this lovely apartment after been let down last minute by another property. I cannot fault a thing, everything you need is in the apartment and it is so spacious, our children absolutely loved it. We have had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Thanks for having us!

Bathroom very badly needs updated shower door keeps falling of guide at bottom Sister in law hit twice with door . Cooker did not work properly and oven controller had to be moved about to make it work then switches off after 45min . Management co very un helpful when reported oven did not see anyone for 3 days and then told us just to fiddle about with it . Also said if wanted bed changed to wash sheets and replace ourselves . Never again would we stay in that apartment. Have stayed in over 7 different apartment in this complex and this is far the worse in complex.

We are very sorry that you felt the need to write this review. We are over at our apartment now and have looked at the problems you have highlighted and we have also spoken to Adele our property manager. Since your visit the runners on the bottom of the second shower room are broken and missing and we have already arranged for a new shower cubicle to be fitted, we were at our apartment only 8 day before your visit and the shower doors where working fine so we are very sorry that they were not working for you. Adele said that she had to come out 3 times to show you how to work the oven and microwave and that both were working fine and with no problems, she said that the oven did turn of after 45 minutes but that was because you had set the timer for 45 minutes, you did phone her late on a Saturday night and she explained on the phone again how to work the oven and microwave and since they where both working fine she did not feel the need to come out again. Our apartment is self catering and is well fitted with washing machine and 2 air hanger driers and we do not offer a bed cleaning services, Adele explained this to you when you phoned but she brought you out clean bedding for both bed and it appears that you did not use them anyway? We feel Adele was very obliging to you and let you into the apartment 2 hours early as per your request, and when you asked for a larger toaster on the first day Adele went and bought one right away and delivered it to you quickly.

Perfect location for all amenities in golf del sur, outside space just perfect .
Great for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including washing machine and dishwasher. TVs in main lounge and both bedrooms not many english channels but that wasn't an issue. Comes with underground parking space with lift to apartment. Only one negative was that the bathrooms were a little tired.

Beautiful complex, fab apartment.
This has been our first time in Tenerife and we have loved it, I usually do a package holiday but this time decided to go with Home&away, I'm so pleased I did. Number 7 duquesa del mar fantastic spacious apartment with a lovely view of the sea. My kids loved it and want to come back again. I would definitely recommend this apartment and most definitely recommend anyone thinking of using home&away do so. Golf del sur is beautiful very picturesque and only 15 mins from South Tenerife airport therefore only around €15 for a taxi. We've had some very reasonably priced lovely meals especially in The Taj Indian restaurant where we went twice it was so good. Going home today sadly but we will be back one day.

5 star appratment with great view on the ocean and amazing pool.
What a great expierence! First of all property owner and manager both been great help. Property owner responded to messages quickly and with quick resolutions. Property; Beautiful place to stay. Very airy appratment which accommodated 6 people easily. Two double beds in two bedrooms. Large mirrored wardrobes and chest of drawers. Nice selection of books. Clean appratment but some areas in the shower could cleaned more. Pool: Clean and beautiful. We went to peak time but still had plenty of lounges to use. All areas are locked by the key to prevent strangers to get in to the pool. Area: Beautiful place around to stay. Beach near by but not sandy. Just stones not good for swiming. Very quiet and friendly area even considering night bar below appratment. Which finishes working at midnight. Along the beach is many restaurants to eat out. However this place will be boring for people seeking intense night life. Would recommend to anyone with the families or older generation people. Beautiful place and 5 stars to the owner. Thank you ❤

Points forts: grand appartement, belle terrasse ensoleillée, cuisine bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle et lave-linge. Bcp de restaurants à proximité. Épicerie sous l’appartement. Belle cour intérieure avec grande piscine chauffée. Points faibles: l’appartement aurait besoin d’un peu d’amour en mobilier et la 2 ieme salle de douche désuète. Le bruit du bar WildGeese très fréquenté est très dérangeant car se termine vers 1:00 à tous les jours. Musique jeux vidéo karaoke etc….

Mooi en ruim appartement met groot terras. Alles was aanwezig. Is er iets tekort, dan wordt er snel op gereageerd, waarvoor dank. Badkamers zijn wel aan vernieuwing toe. De netheid van het appartement is over het algemeen ok maar als ik een puntje van kritiek mag geven zou ik aanraden om af en toe toch ook de binnenkant van de kasten en schuiven na te kijken. Die waren soms echt vies. Ook het keukengerei was niet proper. Bar beneden wordt druk bezocht en zorgt toch wel voor overlast maar dat weet je op voorhand. Toch een fijne vakantie gehad.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Mike est très sympathique, serviable et répond très rapidement. La piscine chauffée est magnifique et l'appartement très grand avec une belle terrasse pour les repas. Il y a tout sur place (lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro ondes), draps et serviettes fournis, supérette et pub au pied de l'immeuble...

Geräumiges Appartement. Schöner großer Außenbereich. Küche und Bäder enovierungsbedürftig.
Wir waren im Januar 11 Tage da und fanden das Appartement gut. Bei der Ankunft wurden unsere Koffer (6 Stück) von einem freundlichen Herren der zu Adele (Real Estate Agent) gehört mit nach oben getragen. Das Beste an der Wohnung ist eigentlich der Außenbereich, hier kann man sich schön ausbreiten. Leider hat man nicht viel Sonne, aber einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer die Marina und den Pub The Wild Geese und dessen geschäftiges Treiben. Die Küche und beide Bäder müssten wirklich dringend erneuert werden. Fernseher ist auch nicht zu gebrauchen, schlechter Empfang über Antenne. In der heutigen Zeit sollte Satellitenempfang mittels Receiver kein Problem darstellen. Ansonsten empfehlenswert für jüngere Leute oder welche mit weniger Ansprüchen. Falls man mit Mietwagen unterwegs ist: Parken ist nur in der Tiefgarage stressfrei möglich. Man findet in der Strasse so gut wie nie einen Parkplatz!
