The signs to find the hotel are the old ones, which is saying Hotel Atalaya. We applied the city Hall to change them and it will hopefully be done soon. In reference to the parking space we are glad that we are one of the few hotels in Puerto de la Cruz, which could offer some free parking to his clients, but of course it are limited. It is unpossible to offer parking for all our 182 rooms, but in the near Parque Taoro (only 2 minutes from the Hotel) you can always find some parking space.
