Adeje Beach Hotel
This was our 2nd time at this hotel and from entering reception where a warm welcome was received to the excellent food, in choice, presentation and quality, to the clean fairly spacious rooms.... plus the lovely pool area.... everything suited our needs well The hotel was just trimming up for Christmas as we left and looked very festive. The only thing that we didnt use much was the evening entertainment which didn't seem up to much.... but there's plenty of other things to do in the area so didn't pose a problem. We will certainly be back.

This is a very friendly hotel. Comfortable spacious rooms. Great food with an excellent menu. We really enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to return. Twice a week towel change is inadequate. The hard dining room chairs are very uncomfortable. Overall very impressed with this hotel.

Every thing was as you would hope for. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a safe, TV with the 4 main UK stations, air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room, and a small kitchen area if needed. The pool area was well maintained and umbrellas are available for 2 euros for the day. The TV and air-conditioning remote controls have a refundable deposit of 15 and 20 euros. The safe is 2 euros per day and 6 euros refundable deposit. The hotel is all-inclusive for drinks and food. The food was good but was mass produced but plenty of it. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk to the sea front. There are reasturants and bars everywhere.

Good afternoon, The wifi like you can found in the web site is not free. The wifi is not necesary for relax and enjoy in the island, so it is up to you if you realy needed or not.

It's location was excellent. However, on a couple of ocassions we found cockroaches in the room. It's to be expected as, the island is crawling with them. We got rid of them carefully mindful of the fact that if you crush them, male and female roaches lay eggs. Enjoyed the holiday, regardless of this. The hotel was great

Great location, near to everything and beach, very clean friendly hotel and the food was excellent. We had an apartment which was huge with views over pool and sea (fifth floor). Highly recommend.

The poperty was in a good position it was clean frienly and everything you needed i did not agree charging for hiring a kettle even in the cheapest hotel in uk kettles are in also the food could be better it was always cold.

just went for a relaxing break. hotel was very good and in a nice area loved the green matting around the pool very safe for walking on Quality and choice of food excellent had a studio room which was of a good size bingo and entertainment every night

Nice, clean hotel, 1 bed apt very spacious, unfortunately you have to rent all remotes to access the tv, air con, but it is refundable on return to reception No kettle or Iron in room, but could probably rent from reception

We are writing to complain about our recent all-inclusive stay at Hotel Villa De Adeje Beach, Tenerife. While the hotel was in a good location and the rooms clean, our overall experience was negative due to the sub-standard comfort of the hotel and the lack of assistance to find a resolution. We have never experienced beds this uncomfortable in a 3 star hotel. We received a bed topper to assist but that didn’t help at all. The pillows were lumpy and, as they were without liners, they were stained and smelt of stale sweat. Alongside this the sheets and towels were threadbare, holey, and in the case of the towels, disturbingly discoloured. It did not make for even one night’s decent sleep – one of the unspoken promises of a relaxing holiday. The meals at the hotel’s restaurant were bland and consistently overcooked! If we’d have wanted flavourless, unseasoned mush, we could have stayed in England and nipped to the nearest Little Chef. Regardless of the time of day that you chose to dine, all food was at best tepid. They even had a microwave there so clearly we weren’t the first to pick up on their lack of proper buffet dining equipment (hint, it’s not a microwave). There was also the health-hazard of the hotel generator. We were informed it was used to heat the water (clearly not the food, though) but it was perilous in its spewing of constant fumes, leaving us with sore, red eyes and sporadic cough. Stayed here a few times recently. Rooms have recently been refurbished adding air conditioning to the rooms. Great location and great value for money when booked as all inclusive. Only slight downside to my latest visit was the food standard has seemed to have dropped a little from good to just about acceptable. But again for the low price you pay you can’t expect fine dining. That being said, would still definitely stay there again!

Short Break
Arrived at 10pm, to a smile from the reception, everything explain to us. Food left in the fridge for us, as evening meal had finished. Room spacious, clean, nice balcony. Had breakfast one morning, all food hot. We didn’t use the pool or hotel facilities as we went out everyday, but the pool area looked clean & tidy. I can’t comment on the evening meals or entertainment. Staff working on reception in the evenings always had a smile. Great stay, suited our needs. Would use this hotel again if the price was right. 😊

Fab hotel
This hotel is clean , apartment spotless and all staff were friendly . Food was fab and entertainment good would recommend to anyone who wants a laid back break . We went for a long weekend and could not fault the hotel . Jose pool bar hilarious and made our holiday 😊😊

nice hotel everything on your doorstep
I enjoyed my time here. The only thing g that let my overall experience down was the food. When I booked I asked for vegan options under special requirements me this wasn't met. I had to go out to the shops to buy something suitable for meti eat. With the rising number of vegans in the UK and Tenerife being a popular holiday spot, investing in a vegan option would put another star on this lovely Villa hotel.

Ok hotel, I would go back.
The hotel was OK The majority of the staff were lovely, the exception being the barmaid,who was very very ignorant and the guy cooking the fresh fish and pork in the restaurant, apart from that it was a nice place.

DUNGEON ! But hotel is in a great location!
Husband and I stayed here for 5 days... we went on some great excursions and hotel staff were really welcoming and pleasant. Wifi almost NEVER worked in our room due to us being located in what I can only describe as a dungeon. So dark and gloomy and no signal for the wifi whatsoever. Hotel entertainment was good fun too. Food was OK... not great, but was OK.
