We had a lovely stay at Paloma beach, the apartment was lovely and well stocked if you did want to cater for yourself, bed was unfortunately not the comfiest and saggy in the middle! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Lovely pool area and a 5minute stroll to local shops, bars etc and 20mins walk along the sea front to the harbour! Would definitely stay again

4 th stay at the Paloma apartments it fantastic value for money, its got all you need for a fantastic break/holiday, lovely pool with a view, lovely pool bar, staff on reception are very keen to help, cleaners are brilliant, walking distance to everything

Large modern apartment situated in a block at the quieter end of Los Cristianos. Apartment staff were very friendly and hardworking. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Apartments are situated near a supermarket, several bars and seafront. Reasonably flat walk along the seafront promenade to the beach. The old town with numerous shops, bars and restaurants is also close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay in Los Cristianos and would like to return at some point and we would stay at Paloma Beach Apartments again.

Good size apartments. Supermarket and restaurants close by. Although it was annoying to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas there were more than enough and the areas around the pool were not overcrowded. We would stay again even though at the edge of the resort

A well sited hotel in Los Christianos
The hotel is well located and a short walk from the lively resort of Los Christianos and the beach. There are bars and eating places just outside the hotel area which was handy after a long day out. There is also a supermarket nearby which is a bonus for self catering. We had a new large apartment with all the mod cons (kettle, microwave, smart TV etc) with air-con in the bedroom that was very loud so we did not use this much; but the apartment was spotless and comfortable. The only downside was that the (material) sofas smelt stale and in need of a freshen-up/clean. Our arrival at the hotel was after 10pm but the night security man guided us to the accommodation and we registered the following morning with reception, no problem. The reception staff were very helpful in advising access to the TV and wifi (being a technophobe with a hearing loss I was unable to find the subtitle service!) but this was done immediately for us. The towels were changed every 2 days and the communal areas were spotless. We would certainly use this hotel again as it is well located and has good security.

Nice complex with amazing big pool
Friendly and helpful Staff. Pool area is lovely, I didnt like the €2 daily charge for a sunbed but didnt stop me enjoying the area. Room was very clean and had everything there- iron, all kitchen equipment, hairdryer etc but does need bit of updating. Our room didnt have air con and thats my mistake for not booking a upgraded room so if I stay again would book room with air con. Bar/cafe on Site was lovely and theres a few bars just outside complex, can highly recommend the Marker Tavern.

Great apartments
The apartment itself was lovely and spacious, and very clean. Had everything you’d need in the kitchen and a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked great, could maybe have done with one in the living room but with the patio doors open it was fine. Smart tv so I could sign into Netflix. Towels were changed every couple of days. The reception staff were very helpful and the pool area was lovely and clean. The fact that you have to pay for the sunbeds meant they were actually used and the pool was not crammed full of them. Pool bar is great and the staff there are lovely, shame it closes at 7 but they can’t help it if they can’t get staff! Within short walking distance of other bars and restaurants, shops and the beach so everything is very easily accessible. Security guard on at night so I felt very safe there. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Loved our stay at Paloma Beach Apartments
Apartment - everything you need for a decent length stay. Fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, cutlery, towels, hand soap and shower gel, teatowels etc. SuperDino not too far away either for essentials. Pool - Good size, well maintained and obviously always warm. A small diving board could be added at the deep end for accidental belly-flop laughs. Lifeguard always present in their declared hours. Bar - Lovely staff, good prices and great range of cocktails and food. BBQ night on a Thursday and Fish Friday if that's your thing. Reception - staff always very willing to help with requests such as additional towels or loo roll top-up. Sun loungers and parasols cost 2€ each per day but that's fine and stops the cliché early morning towel rush. Even when busy they always had enough for all customers. Only negative for our apartment and it's a small thing - the beds were rock hard and I mean no give in them whatsoever. Softer mattresses or a cheap memory foam topper would help for a decent night sleep. This may've been isolated to our apartment and I have no idea what others would be like. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to book PBA again. Off on a tangent but definitely visit The Penny Farthing on Juan Carlos Av for breakfast, just around the corner from the exit. Really nice guy runs the place and you'll be looked after. Food is cooked fresh to order and fair prices too. Will be looking at availability next year at PBA for sure. Hope this helps in some way :)

First day ruined with constant building work in apartment adjoining pool area. Floor and wall tiles being taken off with pneumatic drills..work ceased around 6 pm. Could not hear conversation with people close. Noise slackened off a little the next day..and we had a few occasions on Monday and Tuesday this week with hammers. Shoukdnt we be informed if this type of work is being done? It was NOT a relaxing time..and we paid for it!! Await your comments. We do have noise recordings f you wish?

Paloma Beach Hotel great stay
Great hotel, room size was excellent larger than normal and very clean. All rooms appear to have a sea view. Plenty of CCTV and 24hr front desk so felt safe and secure only issue some may have is that it’s at the very end of los Christianos across the road from Gran Arona, some will see it’s a a bonus some won’t but we will defo stay again.

Had a short break at Paloma Beach. Good budget apartments, we stayed in a superior apartment, much bigger than expected, it included an excellent kitchen area with all utensils required. Large balcony outside with pool and sea view. We found the beds to be comfortable but the pillows not so much, they definitely need upgrading. Although we didn’t spend much time at the apartment as we preferred to be out and about we found all the staff to be welcoming and friendly. Certain areas could do with a bit of refurbishment but nothing major. The jacuzzi pool was not in use at all. There were plenty of sunbeds but once 10 o clock came when people could collect the beds from the storage area there wasn’t much room left to place them around the pool, we noticed people had reserved the spot where they were going to place their sunbed by placing their towels down on the floor first, 2 euro charge for each bed. Main area of Los Cristianos is a 15/20 minute pleasant walk away. Plenty of restaurants/bars nearby and large supermarket just a few minutes away. If you don’t mind being at far end of resort and are looking for good budget apartments would recommend Paloma Beach

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The balcony overlooked the pool and we had sun for most of the day. All staff were friendly and very helpful. The staff at the pool bar were also friendlh and the food was really nice. We have already re-booked for 2024.

It was a tad noisy particularly near the front of the building and because of the air con. Otherwise we loved this place. Great size patios, spacious living quarters, tv with some English speaking channels. Friendly staff. It rates amazing.

Large apartment on the shaded side. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning in the bedroom was noisy but effective, there didn't appear to be a night time setting. Kitchen was quite well equipped although we ate out most of the time. Friendly and reception staff who were quick to respond to the odd issue. Lovely and well managed pool area. Pool bar looks exceptionally clean and is run by a very friendly team. The food and drinks are very good.

We stayed in apartment 2 for 3 weeks in January. Although it had a balcony it was rather dull and dingy inside and we had to turn the lights on as it was very dark. The cleaning service leaves a lot to be desired. The beds were changed once a week and towels changed every three days but that was the extent of the cleaning service. The bins weren't emptied or the floors swept at all in the whole 3 weeks we were there. The noise at night was particularly bad. As there is no air conditioning in the apartment we left the patio doors slightly open to let some air in and we were kept awake by someone on a balcony close by who coughed really loudly and constantly throughout the night. The bins were in close proximity to the apartment and the bin collections took place around 5am every morning and the racket was unbelievable. The paloma beach complex itself ie the pool area was clean and well maintained and not far from a shingle beach.

Love paloma beach
Love paloma beach - so friendly. Lovely pool area lots of sun beds available. Great location and easy walk to the beach or any of the multitude of bars and restaurants in alps Cristianos. Adam and the team on the bar at the apartments are so friendly and the food is great there too.

Stayed in a superior 1 bed apartment. Loads of room, modern and well equipped. Fab to have a terrace. Pool area is great we tended to go there in afternoon after beach and got sunbeds for 2 euros each. A nice walk into the town. Friendly staff. Beds were quite narrow and the sheets too small and could have done with a few kitchen basics eg washing up sponge but otherwise a great apartment. The towels were changed after 3 days , linen change is charged extra. Bahia Verde restaurant nearby is fantastic.

The photo looks like the hotel is on the beach but it’s actually a port with lots of rocks across the street so there is no beach in front. You have to walk for 15-20 min. Apartment is outdated, pool is nice but they charge €2 to rent sun beds each day. Was told towels would be changed every 3rd day but only happened once in my 9 day stay.

Paloma Beach apartments were very clean. COVID-19 precautions being taken seriously. Apartment spacious and well-equipped. Lovely pool, beautiful views over the sea. 2 minute walk to the beach. Supermarket, bars very close. Couldn't fault it. Highly recommended.

Great 3 star hotel, fantastic pool , the appartment was spacious and in a good condition with a big balcony overlooking the pool . Cleaners only came once in our 14 night stay but that's because of the current situation involving covid 19 so that was OK but communal areas were cleaned daily . Staff was most helpful and pleasant . It was great to stay in Los Cristianos as about 50% of bars and restaurants reopened . We walked over to Las Americas and Costa Adeje a few times but nearly everything was shut there . We have been to a few restaurants and bars , Bubax restaurant is a great place to eat out with some lovely food from breakfast to dinner . Our favourite bars in Los Cristianos are the new bluebell bar ,Churchill 's bar and the best cocktail bar is the Brize Inn right on Las Vistas beach. Beautiful cocktails , lovely staff and affordable prices with a breath taking view . Would love to be back to Apartmentos Paloma Beach but next time we will need a 2 bed appartment as our little boy is getting too big for a folding bed .

The hotel is good but a few things let’s it down. Expect echoing noises everywhere late at nights when guests walk by especially with tapping sounds when wheeled suitcases go past on tiled floors. You will hear dogs barking, ferries sounding their horns, car engines, dogs barking and etc depending on where your bedroom is sited. The tall slim Receptionist guy not very friendly on my visits to reception. Had to wait on one occasion for him to finish his email before being served. Boyd was the opposite and was very helpful and informative. In short “Fantastic” as said by the 2 ladies staying near the reception area. Very willing and informative. One receptionist said “he is only a maintenance guy” when I asked for him but the “Maintenance guy” is a brilliant receptionist and shines above all. Room WiFi does not work even after the receptionist had come to the room to fix it. Would have given one star review for this as most guests expect WiFi these days when it says it’s available on websites. Alternative Guest WiFi had poor signal and works only at times and ended up paying for my WiFi.... not good! Cleaner once in 11 days. Room not cleaned but towels and bedsheets changed. I had to ask for towels which Boyd happily obliged after 5 days when he was heading in another direction. Well done! Apartment spacious and well laid out with large balcony. Standard room did not have a fan or air condition. Location 25 mins walk to centre. CAN‘T WRITE MORE. ONLY 1490 CHARACTERS!!!
