Lovely week in Puerto de La Cruz
Lovely Villa accurately described in the property description. Pool was much used and a good temperature with a supply of pool towels. Plenty of outside seating to enjoy the large pool patio and have an evening bbq. Communications with Ana was excellent. Check in and out process simple. Would recommend and return. Thank you

Great break with the family
We had a great break with the family and Ana was always on hand to help when we had problems. Puerto de la Cruz is a lovely town with lots to do, although do expect quite a walk to get there from the Villa. Everything was as expected and more. My only comment would be it would be great if Ana could update instructions on how to get there as the wall is no longer grey so we spent a little time searching :) Would stay again.

Great stay in a great property
We loved our stay at Ana’s property. No steps no stairs in the whole property very convenient for little children. Rooms are big and all of them with their own bathroom. We where four people and we did not have to use all the rooms. The pool is great and it is at great temperature. Calm neighborhood but you need a car to move around (we hired one and it was cheap) Property has all the amenities in the kitchen to enjoy your stay but if you need anything else just ask Ana and she will help you. For sure I will check this property in the future. Great to go with family or friends.

Wonderful stay. Excellent property manager
Lovely Villa in a good location of Puerto de la Cruz. We had a car and nearly all of the attractions we visited were within 10 KM . My mum uses a walker/wheelchair and the villa was very easy for her to manouver in. There was a walk in shower but there was not a small plastic lawn chair or stool that would have enabled mum to use it. However she managed just fine with the hand held shower in her bathroom. The cleaning staff were excellent as was the person who came to clean the pool. They were all very friendly. We have travelled a lot and have never had such a wonderful property manager. From the beginning, Anna was helpful in helping me to find a property suitable to our needs. On arrival, we had a tiny issue with getting into the lockbox for the keys. Her mum, Dorothy came over and helped us out. During our stay Anna was extremely caring and helpful making sure we had carnival information, taxi information and patiently answered all of my questions. She gave us information and assurances during the big sand storm, and nearby fires. Anna was truly a delight. If we return to Tenerife, I would certainly check her property listings. The only major issue is with Home Aways policies in connections with fees. I found their listing to be deceptive. It gave the price for the two weeks as one price for the 5 people I booked. When I went to pay, I was charged for an extra person. This was not made clear prior to this point and has nothing to do with Anna. This Villa is advertised as being for 9 people. How much extra would be charged for people 6,7,8, and 9??? We have travelled in Europe for the last 6 years and have never had this occur before. Home Away, please be upfront with your prices. Despite this annoyance, we loved our stay and Anna's caring and helpfulness.

Villa Tenerife
Excellent property, well maintained, immaculately clean, good location, wonderful views. Public transport nearby, taxis easy to summons. Barbecue was easy to use and cooked very well. Had a great time, Ana the owner excellent communicator and very helpful.

When I constructed my own villa, I planned a home designed exclusively for holiday, so I am glad I achieve it. --Vielen Dank, dass Sie die wichtigsten Punkte eines Ferienhauses hervorgehoben haben: Lage, Aussicht, Sauberkeit, Komfort und Grill. Ich habe es vor vielen Jahren verstanden, als ich anfing, die Häuser anderer Leute zu verwalten. Als ich meine eigene Villa baute, plante ich ein Haus, das ausschließlich für den Urlaub gedacht war, und bin froh, dass es mir gelungen ist.

Had a great time staying at this villa, well equipped with everything we needed, really comfortable beds. Lovely pool area with lounges. Due to proximity of Mount Tiede weather was cloudy but hot fir most of our stay but this suited us as don’t like blazing sunshine. Made use of the great BBQ .area on a couple of occasions. Walked into town on the first night which was a bit of a trek so got a taxi back which was only 5 euros so decided to not bother walking again ! Great communication with Ana who happily answered our questions, would recommend staying here

Lovely Villa
The villa was very clean and well equipped; there were plenty of towels, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls etc. Heated pool definitely a bonus. Satellite TV included plenty of English channels which makes a refreshing change, although it was a bit temperamental at times. Make sure you don't leave any food out so as not to encourage the ants. Frequent buses only 5 mins walk from the villa and taxis in town plentiful and inexpensive at just under 6 Euros. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely want to return to this villa next time we come to Tenerife.

Lovely Holiday Home
We have had a lovely 2 weeks with great weather. The Villa was slightly small for 9 people however we fitted. The property provided everything we needed very clean and the pool was a decent size. The walk to the beach was around 25 / 30 min however they cater more for German's in the North. There are plenty of supermarkets all close by with a massive shopping mall just 5 min drive away. I would come back again however with less people. Thank you for letting us use your home Ana

Our villa has usually 4 or 6 visitors, but we can accomodate 9 if necesary doing our best as there are 4 rooms!. Yes, there is a wide choice for shopping only a few minutes away, although our villa is situated on a quiet area.

Great pool, well equipped & easy stay
Amazing stay in a very well equipped & spacious property. The heated pool was great especially in the evening when it had also been heated by the sun all day it felt lovely & warm & wasn't chloriney at all-we went in several times a day & know we probably wouldn't if it hadn't been heated. So many towels provided. Very quiet location even though it was close to town & good access to the main road to go out exploring. We found it took us over 30mins to actually walk down to beach/main square so we only did it a couple of times. The weather wasn't ideal in Puerto as it was overcast the first few days so we chased the sun in the car. The weather is pretty changeable in Puerto more guaranteed sun elsewhere. Ana was unbelievably attentive-meeting us at the house giving us tips on where to go & messaging us throughout the trip (without being intrusive) to make sure we were ok & help us out when we had a problem. The house itself is pristine bigger than it looks on the photos & the outdoor space great, you can see both mount Teide & the sea but not be overlooked by anyone. Would recommend this property to anyone but don't expect sun 100% of the time in Puerto.

Regarding the weather, please note that you were just unlucky and got a cloudy week. Puerto de la Cruz is a famous place for its climate and sunny winters (actually it was the first destination in Canaries for the British travellers 150 ago). May and June are not busy months because the alisios winds bring some clouds, but the rest of the year is the best place to stay (not too hot, not cold, just spring). All the best and thank you again.

We enjoyed our week in this beatiful villa!
We spend one week in Tenerife. It was easy to walk down to the city center, and nice to have our own peace in the patio. We enjoyed the swimming pool every day. We were 7 adults and 2 children. The villa was a little bit to small for us, it is perfect for 3 couples and 2 children. The bunk bed room is good for two children not for adults. The villa was clean and the kitchen well equipped.

Yes, the house is ideal for 8 people, better if you are 6 adults + 2 children, as it has 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom + 1 twin bedroom with ensuite bathrooom + 1 small bedroom with just a bunk bed, ideal for youngers. I will inform the cleaning lady that you found the house clean, that is important for her to know. Please come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Ana’s villa. Ana was a great host. Replying to communication quickly. She provided lots of local info to help us enjoy our holiday. The villa was clean and tidy. The pool was clean and maintained well by the pool man during our stay. Would definitely recommend and will consider returning next year!

Too remote, not so private and pool heat depends on the weather
We were four adults, a teenager, two children and a baby. The interior; Rooms had a musty old smell no matter how long the air purifiers provided were left on and windows left open. The smallest bedroom with bunk beds fit the bunk beds and nothing else. Decoration is nice throughout. Utilities are poor, fridge couldn't keep cold and ruined our big shop of food. We were told not to open the fridge a lot, which is impossible with eight occupants. Oven is old and took over an hour and a half to cook two shelves of food, we were told that it is an old oven and only to use one shelf. Again madness with eight occupants. Washing machine wasn't working until the second to last day of our holiday, although house keep did take towels away to wash (as we didn't want to give our personal items) we had a rush wash at the end. Electricity cutting out was an issue at night, we were told it is an external problem and not to use too many sockets, again eight occupants. Direct door to the pool was tricky to unlock, only three of us could do it, first night thought we broke the handle as it is super tough. External; Pool was only heated when the sun was out, unfortunately for us we had many overcast days, so that was a real let down. It is nicely decorated outside. Deck chairs and hammock are quite worn (rips and holes in the lounger cushions and lots of stains on the hammock) would benefit from new cushions and material. More than adequate seating outside. Privacy; When standing by the pool the street is visable and so if people are there they can see you, minor. The owners mother (lovely lady) and house keeper, whilst we were discussing different issues would stop by at unspecified times. They would come into the outside area shouting hola, this happened a few times. Also the house keeper came into the main building to drop off towels when we were out. Location; Up a steep winding hill. If you fancy a bit of a hike you can walk to a little bar, corner shop, cafe and restaurant. All not good quality establishments, wouldn't return to any. You could walk to a beach without children in tow but again a bit of hike, and would take approx 20/25 minutes unless you're an athlete. You need a car! To get to the main town we caught a taxi which was 5/6€ each way. Once there, walking around is fine and the are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. Wouldn't recommend for people with kids or anyone not wanting to drive. With the all the issues we had it was a nightmare.

Thank you for your detailed review. After 47 positive reviews (all of them 4 and 5 stars), we are trying to learn as much as we can from yours. As we mentioned when we visited you to solve all your questions, we appreciate your help us to improve. Yes, you are totally right, we had a very humid August. Therefore, we suggested to leave the windows opened and use the dehumidifiers if necessary. Leaving all the windows closed while cooking for 8 people is not a good solution under our point of view, but we totally respect our guests uses and we never give an opinion about them. The villa description shows clearly that there are 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms + small bedroom with just a bunked. Sorry if you felt disappointed with that, but we cannot improve the described size Our kitchen is totally equipped, we provide much more than gusets expect. But if you remember anything you think we might buy, please let us know and we will do it immediately. The oven is not a professional restaurant oven, but a standard one (BOSCH). I mean, if you put 3 pizzas inside, it takes a bit longer that a restaurant oven. It is still there and working perfectly well. It was our fault that the door handle was weak (although the door could be still opened) and we found it broken. No problem from our side, this has been restored Yes, August was so hot that we only connected the Solar heating panels system, not supported with the electric bomb (we have both system to make sure that the pool is warm from January to December). Having a pool heated more than 27ºC is not healthy, that is what our Tourist authorities advice. Our villa is extremely private. It was designed to have all the views to the exterior (mountain Teide, valley and sea) but designed also Not be seen from the outside. My English mother and our House keeper are both extremely well-educated persons. They have strict instructions to be extremely prudent and every time Milagros was going to take clean towels/new linen/kitchen towels we sent a message in advance As you might remember, we came one day earlier from our holiday to visit you and check personally that everything went well. We had a long conversation and you seemed to be happy with all our attentions. So, we are a big sad to read your complains but again, we will take it as an opportunity keep doing our best on the future

Very nice accommodation and owner very helpful
The villa was very well equipped, good bathrooms and lovely pool and outside area with views of Mt Teide and the sea. Quiet environment. I think would be even better if guests had use of a car as although we are reasonably fit (2x50 year olds and 6x 18-23 year olds) the trek down into Puerto de la Cruz and back was actually pretty hard going and a little bit off putting. Taxis easily available- generally around 5 Euro for one way journey. Get a Bono card for reduced bus fares. The 4th bunk bed room is small and if the other rooms occupied you need a plan for toilet /shower arrangements as the 3 bathroom s are all ensuite otherwise. Communication with Ana very helpful and accomodating eg on last day when taxi to airport was mid afternoon we were able to stay at the house.

Great house and location. Very easy to get to anywhere on the island
It was great staying at Ana's house at Villa Tenerife. The house is lovely and bright and well set up with a very nice outside area and pool. The location is great - near but not right in Puerto de la Cruz and a few kilometres from the TF5 freeway meaning Santa Cruz or La Laguna are only 15-20 minutes away, and right near the La Orotava mountain road meaning it is very direct to get up the mountain. Ana was very helpful and always available if we needed anything. We had an enjoyable stay and would certainly recommend it.

Property exactly as described, lovely outside pool area, not overlooked.
We had a wonderful experience staying here. Well equipped kitchen and BBQ area with indoor and outdoor seating options for everyone staying. Ana was very helpful answering any queries very quickly and very easy to contact during our stay if needed. Would definitely recommend this lovely villa, just a nice distance outside of Puerto, 5-10 mins in a car to anything or just 5 for a taxi to and from Puerto de la cruz

Villa was excellent and in a quite area, liveingroom , bedrooms large and very clean beds comfortable, linen and towels replaced every week we where there for 2 weeks. The washing machine and dish washer was a bonus having children there. All the information given was correct and easy to follow. Views from villa very nice the pool very pleasant and to relax by or in. Supermarkets, Pharmacy, fuel stations and Hospital not very far away. Parking for 2 cars at the villa that we required. Everyone had a pleasant stay and enjoyed motoring in Tenerife.

Lovely, comfortable villa for all the family
Our family of 6 (two grandparents, 4 adults and 2 children) stayed at the villa for one week in April, and it was excellent. There are 3 large bedrooms, and 1 small room with a bunk bed (perfect for the kids). The 3 large rooms each have an en suite bathroom (although unfortunately there is no bathroom that can be accessed directly from the living space). The terrace gets a lot of sun in the afternoon, and the heated pool is not huge, but big enough for relaxing and playing. Ana provided plenty of towels (both for the bathrooms and pool towels). The kitchen is well stocked and there is a working bbq. There are also modern conveniences like good wifi, a large TV with many channels and even a Nintendo Wii (we had lots of fun playing Mario Kart in the evenings!). Everything was clean and in good working order. Ana was a wonderful host. She met us on arrival. She provided excellent info ahead of time, including directions and recommendations. When we were there she responded promptly to our texts for further recommendations. The location is just outside the centre of Puerto Cruz, a large town in the north of the island. One can walk to the centre of the town in about 15 minutes, but it is a very steep hill so walking back takes much longer. However, there are many taxis that are less than 5 Euro from the town back to the villa. We rented cars, and the villa was a great base for exploring the island. On some days the north coast of the island can be overcast and cloudy. On these days we drove to the wonderful Playa de Las Teresitas beach, just outside Santa Cruz, or park Maritimo Manrique, in Santa Cruz, which although on the north of the island faces the south coast. The drive is just under an hour and makes a nice day out with almost guaranteed sun. Overall we spent some of our time exploring but also enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the villa. On nights in we would bbq and have dinner around the large table, and spend time on the terrace and in the pool (which also has underwater lighting!). Would definitely recommend the villa for those looking to stay in this part of Tenerife, or anyone looking for a place that can accommodate family.

Lovely villa on the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz, peaceful with its own heated pool
My husband and I booked very last minute, I am almost 7 months pregnant and this was our 'babymoon'. Ana's directions and information on local shops, restaurants and supermarkets were very helpful. We got there without too much trouble and because we were arriving late and I am coeliac she had left out the ingredients for gluten free ham sandwiches, very welcome . We spent a lot of our week on sun loungers reading by the pool, if we got too hot, we put the sun umbrella up in the little table and lounged in the shade. Being a little bit out of Puerto de la Cruz, it is incredibly peaceful, we could see and hear the birds and had a lovely view of Mount Teide, the only noise was the occasional dog barking or car tooting. The pool is heated to a lovely temperature, it's small but private, I could stand in it with my head above the water but it's not too shallow. The villa is well furnished with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and soft towels. All of the crockery and cooking utensils you might need are there. The villa sleeps up to 8 but the dining room table and outside table are more suited to 6. With it only being the 2 of us we had loads of space and never used the Nintendo Wi and games or the board games. It's an open plan lounge/dining space/kitchen with 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have en suites. It would be a bit of a walk down into Puerto de la Cruz, we had hired a car though and the villa has it's own parking space so we just drove down to the free seafront parking and walked to the restaurants from there. It's a very short drive to the local supermarkets and you can choose from Alcampo (huge and varied almost like a covered market, not the cheapest but nice), Lidl or Mercado. We had a really lovely stay, Ana is friendly and helpful, as is her mum Dorothy and we could ask questions via What's App, using the villa's free WiFi to avoid charges. We were sad to leave at the end of the week.

Lovely private villa perfect or a family holiday.
This is a lovely villa with a private and heated pool. Location - The villa is about a 20 minute downhill walk to town. The cost of a taxi is less than 5€ If you don't fancy the walk back. The villa is close to many attractions, including Loro Park which is a must visit. Inside the villa - there are 4 bedrooms; 2 doubles, 1 twin and 1 small room with bunk beds. All the beds were very comfortable. The 3 main rooms have en suite facilities. There is plenty of hot water (we had 6 in our party and never run out), but it can take a while to start running hot. The kitchen is well appointed and has an oven / hob, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There were ample pots and pans and everything you could need. I would like bigger cups or even mugs, but that's just a British thing I think. The living area is huge with sofas around the TV, large dining table with 6 chairs which was great for playing games. The TV has satellite and there is excellent wifi too. Outside - the outside space is very private and it is possible to get an all over tan without offending anyone. The pool is heated and we used it daily during our visit in February and March. The pool isn't large but it's good and it is about 1.5 meters deep. The depth is the same for the whole of the pool (there is no shallow end). There are 6 sun beds, some of which need to be replaced, but they were alright. We enjoyed watching and listening to the birds including a family of kestrels and parrots plus many other species. There is a wall around the villa and a secure metal door with a lock. The private parking space is outside of the wall. Other information - the cleaning lady deserves a mention. She comes once a week to change bedding and towels (even beach towels were included) She is very good at her job as even the pile of dirty washing on the floor was tidy after her visit. The pool man also comes once a week. Dealing with the owner, Ana, was a pleasure. Nothing was a problem. Because our flights home were early morning, she allowed us to stay at the villa much longer which was really appreciated. We also borrowed a guitar. There was good directions and information and a handy welcome pack on arrival. We would definitely recommend this villa to all our friends and we will be returning here again sometime. Next time, we probably won't bother hiring a car. Taxis are inexpensive and plentiful. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Yes, the pool is not that large but it is Heated, I am happy to know that you enjoyed that in February. I will immediately buy some mugs, that is an excellent idea, very useful suggestion. I will tell the lady in charge of the cleaning about your comments, she will be very happy as she really makes efforts to have the villa in perfect standard. In my opinion the best advantage of this villa is that a car is not essential so do not rent a car next time you visit us! all the best from Tenerife!

Pleasant, well equiped villa
The villa is in a lovely suburb of Puerto de la Cruz. It about 25mins walk down to the Port , beaches and the town. Puerto de la Cruz is a large tourist town but it didnt feel too over developed and there are some nice traditional restaurants which were kindly recommended by the owner. The villa was very well equiped. Everything you may possible need in the kitchen, including a coffee machine and a juicer. There were lots of welcoming touches such as tea and coffee, wine and soap for the bathrooms. There were plenty of towels and wii games and internet TV. The villa and pool were very clean and the patio plants made the outside very pleasant. The bbq supplied with charcoal was also very pleasant. The owner Ana was very welcoming and helpful.

Great stay in charming villa
The villa is well equipped with plenty of linen and kitchen equipment. The outside heated pool was lovely and the views from the villa to Tiede and the sea were lovely. It was very easy to walk 20 min down into the town. The local restaurant, a chicken BBQ was great! We found some other good restaurants. Our host Ana provided a comprehensive list of local amenities and was very helpful. Thoroughly recommend this villa! Thank you Ana.

A peaceful, charming villa where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine
How wonderful to receive clear instruction on how to get to the villa plus a warm welcome when we walked through the door. After the handover Ana give us some tips on where best to eat and go, the map of the town was a God send. Just knowing she was a phone call away should we have problem was very reassuring. The villa itself is in a private, quiet, friendly area so there is plenty of time to relax, enjoy the pool whilst viewing the mountains above. It is within easy distance of the town, harbour and the supermarkets. Should you wish to use the kitchen it has all the equipment ever known to man, plus a BBQ which came in very handy once or twice. If you needed extra entrainment there was a huge TV/ DVD/Wii with loads of games. Whilst there, I slept extremly well and was able to recharge my batteries, I even managed to read a book or two. There is a easy walk down into the town which is littered with loads of places to visit. The bright colourful streets in the old town lead down to some really pretty plaza's where you will be spoilt for choose if eating out. In all we loved the villa and it's location, I would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Tenerife. Thank you Ana - Hope to see you again soon

Thank you for your kind words, we are really pleased with your review. We try to improve the villa quality all the time (the last one was replacing the tv for a huge tv, isn´t lovely to see lots of films on the DVD player on holidays while you enjoy a glass of wine?). Many of our clients like using the barbacue, even on winter time, as they buy the fresh fish down on the "Cofradia de Pescadores" (Brotherhood of fishermen") and prepare it there with the vegetables of the market. Yes, walking down to central Puerto using the path is very easy if you know how to get there. Puerto offers a wide list of restaurants, but we have our own list of recommendations to avoid the ones for tourist and find the best ones (quality and good price!). We are at your disposal for the future!

A really lovely villa, well-furnished, practically a home away from home
We were greeted and settled by the property owner's mother, and settled right in. I was even given a lift to a local shop to buy basics before going on a proper trip the next day. The villa itself is very comfortable, easily accommodating 6 with enough space to allow everybody to do their own things. The television was left with clear instructions for use, though there is so much to do and see within a 20 minute walk that we didn't spend much time sat around inside! Though we had cloudy weather, it was still hot, making the pool a welcome luxury. With enough sunbeds for everybody, the patio was where we spent the majority of our time when at the villa, even when eating together. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and spacious enough to be shared by adults with large bags. The en-suites are also great, and kept clean. The showers take a little while to warm up, but honestly that wasn't a problem in the Spanish heat! With so much to explore on the north of the island (Loro Parque, and several black sand beaches to name a couple), and plenty of different places to eat various cuisines (thai, pizzerias, paella, sandwich cafés, and an incredible steakhouse), you'd really be missing out if you didn't stay here; the villa is perfect, with great views and good access to all your wants and needs (we didn't rent a car and managed to fill our days with activities no further than 30 minutes walk away).

Thank you very much for your review! very useful for our clients without a car, which is very frequent. Yes, the large terrace is the favorite place for our clients, because the barbecue and the quietness. Usually the showers (even when the 3 are used at the same time) only take 2 minutes to warm up, so I will double check why this time it took a bit longer, thank you very much for letting me know. We provide a long list of restaurants on the area, but we always invite our clients to add any new one!. Thank you again and please come back!

Lovely relaxing villa
We were very happy with our stay. All that we had expected was in place, and even when there were a few queries we found advice was provided in a timely manner by the owner. When we next visit Puerto de la Cruz for a holiday, we would not hesitate to book this property again.

The villa was lovely perfect for our first visit to Tenerife
We had a lovely stay in the villa to waken up to the views of Mount Teide every morning was just too perfect and view of the sea just topped it off. The villa was home from home,with lots of mod cons to make cooking on holiday an easy task. The heated pool just made our holiday. We did not have a car and found it easy to get to the shops and beach and a bus or a taxi back was very easy.

Well, we did a big effort when we heated up the pool with solar pannels + electric bomb, but we really thought that would be a diference to enjoy the terrace, the pool and the barbacue. A lovely villa, very comfortable, fully equipped and has a heated swimming pool.
This spacious villa is in a quiet part of Puerto, on the hillside above the town with a magnificent view of Teide from its extensive patio area. It has three bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, a small extra room with bunk beds, and a very large open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine etc, dining room area with a beautiful table and chairs and very comfortable lounge area, beautifully equipped for all your needs. There is a huge tv with plenty of channels, games to play etc so it would be ideal for families with children. Outside in the walled grounds there is a large patio area, a lovely private heated swimming pool and an extensive range of outdoor furniture.A heated swimming pool is a rare find in Puerto (most hotels and apartments only offer unheated pools) and makes such a difference! I doubt we would have used it so much if it hadn't been heated. The surrounding area is very quiet throughout the day which we loved, away from the noise of the central part of Puerto but a very pleasant 20 minute walk downhill to the sea front. A Lidl supermarket is in easy walking distance of the villa as are a few local shops, only minutes away. There is also easy access to the motorway. The listing description was very accurate in all aspects and the villa was exceptionally clean. The owner's mother was there to greet us even though we arrived late in the evening (she lives very close by) and we very much appreciated all the information about local amenities, recommended restaurants and day trips etc which was provided. Overall, this is an excellent villa, very comfortable, so well-equipped and welcoming, which we have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you very much to the owners for allowing us to enjoy time in their beautiful villa. It was wonderful to have so much space and such luxurious amenities.

Thank you very much for response! It is nice to know that you used enjoyed the pool, yes having it heated is a big difference, specially on Winter time. We provide information about hidden restaurants because they have excellent relation between quality and Price: if you know where to go you can eat very well in a very reasonable way. When the house was constructed we really wanted our clients to have Privacy (you cannot be overlooked) but you have good comunications to Tenerife.

Lovely, peaceful place for a big family
The house was really nice, beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. We were 4 adults and two children and the place was perfect for us with plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Our two kids loved the heated pool and our 6-year old actually learned to swim very well during our 1 month stay. We all enjoyed walking down to the city and back, it was fun and good exercise. However a car was a necessity for us in order to do the daily shopping and get around Tenerife. Ana's recommendations were really helpful, we visited many lovely restaurants and places during our stay. Thank you!

We do a big effort to heat the pool (we have not only solar pannels but also an electric heater to guarantee 25ºC the whole Winter) so I am glad to know that your children were able to swim every day and learned to swim on our pool! We still have soft temperatures so we hope to welcome soon back on our villa.

Gesucht, gefunden, sehr wohl gefühlt
Wir waren zu sechst für 1 Woche im Januar in diesem wunderschönen Haus, das wichtigste für uns, 3 getrennte Schlafzimmer, alle mit einem eigenen Bad, dazu eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und großem Kühl- Gefrierschrank, wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Der geheizte Pool war sauber und eine ideale Ergänzung, der Grill wurde 3 mal benutzt, alles da was das Herz begehrt, dazu in Ana B. Reid eine jederzeit erreichbare Vermieterin die alle Anliegen sehr zeitnah beantwortet hat. Die Lage des Hauses, ruhig, zu Fuß ist man in ca. 25-30 Minuten in Puerto, Rückweg jedoch mit Taxi (ca. 7 €) Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für das Haus ist absolut angemessen. vielen Dank Ana, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. viele Grüße von Joachim und Roswitha

Super Villa für Urlaub mit Familie
Das Haus ist perfekt für ältere Leute und Urlaub zu mehreren. Es fehlten nur Schutzlacken bei den Matratzen. Manchmal „stinkte“ ein bisschen die Evakuation beim Schwimmpool. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen. Ich würde das Haus nochmals mieten. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Jocelyne Vignais

Schönes einfaches Objekt für Familien
Ein schönes einfaches preiswertes Objekt, dass aber in zentraler Lage von Puerto de la Cruz liegt. Man kann von dort aus wunderbar zu Fuß alles erkunden. Uns viel erst im Objekt vor Ort die fehlenden Klimaanlagen auf - jedoch hätten wir sie gar nicht benötigt, da sich die Wolken ab der Seite stauen und man häufiger bedeckten Himmel und somit niedrigere Temperaturen hat. Für uns war das Haus in Anbetracht des Preises echt toll. Der Pool ist übrigens sogar beheizt!

Ein wunderbares Haus.
Wir waren (3Paare) im September für 2 Wochen in der Villa. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer geeigneten, schönen Lage mit Blick auf den Teide und das Meer. Bemerkenswert ist dass jedes der Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat, eine großzügige Küche und ein geeigneter Wohnraum bietet das Haus. Ein schöner Außenbereich mit Pool , genügend Sonnenliegen und Badetüchern lädt zum verweilen ein. Den gemauerten Grill haben wir mehrmals benutzt, er hat einwandfrei funktioniert und genügend Grillbesteck war auch vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Milagros, hat nach einer Woche Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt und sauber gemacht. Der Pool wurde auch wöchentlich gereinigt. Ana die Vermieterin war jederzeit über E-Mail oder WhatsApp erreichbar. Das Zentrum und den Strand kann man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden.

Top Location und super Service
Die Villa ist ideal für 3-6 Erwachsene geeignet und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist großartig und der Weg ins Zentrum in ca. 20 min zu bewerkstelligen. Ich kann dieses Feriendomizil sehr empfehlen.

Großzügige Villa in Puerto de la Cruz
Wir haben die Villa für einen 10-tägigen Familienurlaub gebucht. Leider mussten wir nach dem ersten Abend die restliche Zeit aufgrund der Ausgangssperre im Rahmen der Corona-Krise im Haus verbringen und konnten so Teneriffa nicht weiter erkunden. Das Haus erwies sich aber als Glücksgriff, da die Räume sehr großzügig sind und die drei Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügen. Der Wohnbereich ist ebenfalls groß bemessen. Wir haben fast jeden Tag den beheizten Pool genutzt. Abends haben wir uns immer frischen Fisch und Meeresfrüche, die es reichhaltig im nahegelegenen Supermarkt gibt, auf dem Grill zubereitet. An manchen Tagen hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf den Teide, wenn sich die Wolken verzogen haben. Im Haus gab es auch einen Netflix-Zugang. Diesen haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt, da wir die Zeit lieber mit Gesellschaftsspielen verbracht haben. Mitte der Woche bekamen wir neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher und der Pool wurde auch gereinigt. Ana hat sich sehr bemüht uns den Aufenthalt in dieser schwierigen Zeit so angenehm wie möglich zu machen und wir standen in regelmäßigem Kontakt über E-Mail und WhatsApp. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

UNE VILLA DE GRANDE QUALITE
Très belle villa située dans un quartier calme sur les hauteurs a proximité des super marches LIDL/ HIPER DYNO et de l'autoroute ( 1 km).Idéal pour 6 adultes et 2 enfants logés dans une mini- chambre avec deux lits superposés,les trois autres chambres étant parfaites avec leur salle de bain douche et W.C.L'équipement de la cuisine est bien pensé et complet ,il ne manque pratiquement rien sauf un couteau d'office...La piscine est petite mais très agréable et chauffée ,(en novembre c'est indispensable)La cour est bien isolée de la rue peu passante. La proprietaire ,que nous n'avons pas vue, gère professionnellemnt tous les détails et est à l'écoute si besoin .

Perfekter Ort für einen Urlaub auf Teneriffa
Das Haus von Ana ist wirklich toll. Wir waren zu viert und haben 12 Tage dort verbracht. Der Pool ist natürlich ein Highlight. Da dieser beheizt ist hätte man immer die Möglichkeit sich zu erfrischen. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, man erreicht mit die Küste und die Stadt innerhalb von 8 Minuten mit Auto. Selbst bei diversen „Problemen“ waren Ana sowie die Haushälterin immer ansprechbar und haben sich sofort gekümmert. Das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Vielen Dank Ana, dass wir in deinem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen durften. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit :)

Sehr schöne Woche auf Teneriffa
Die Lage von dem Haus ist abgelegen. Jedoch ist alles innerhalb 10-15 min mit dem Auto oder Taxi und Puerto de la Cruz zu erreichen. Das Haus ist alles in einem sehr schön und ordentlich gewesen. Wir haben eine sehr ruhige und erholsame Woche auf Teneriffa genossen!

Unsere Villa mit privatem Pool ist eine der näher am Zentrum gelegenen, da Sie zu Fuß dorthin gelangen können. Thank you very much for considering hour villa nice and tidy, and for letting us know that you had a nice stay. On the center of Puerto de la Cruz there are only hotels and apartments. Our villa, with private pool, is one of the closer ones to the center, as you can walk to it.

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht
Sehr schöne, saubere etwas abseits gelegene Villa, dadurch aber auch eine ruhige Lage. Kontakt mit Vermieterin immer rasend schnell u eine super Putzfrau die nach einer Woche wieder alles liebevoll hergerichtet hat. Ein schön beheizter Pool u nett eingerichtete Terrasse u Garten. Absolut empfehlenswert vor allem auch für Familien mit Kindern.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Nicht nur Teneriffa alleine trug hierzu bei, sondern auch das sehr nett eingerichtete Ferienhaus. Der Zustand des Ferienhauses ist sehr sauber und technisch in Ordnung, ein Highlight ist natürlich der Pool. Alles wichtige ist bereits vorhanden. Wir benötigten zusätzlich noch je zwei Kinderbetten und Hochstühle, welche uns sehr schnell und unkompliziert gebracht wurden. Die Putzfee ist einfach super. Sie reinigt nicht nur ordentlich, sondern hat auch frisch gewaschene Wäsche aufgehängt, womit wir nicht gerechnet haben. Alles in allem wirklich super. Wir würden nochmal buchen, vielleicht nächstes Jahr wieder.
