"The room was dirty, shower moldy, the air conditioning was abnormally loud and was not secure in the wall. The walls to the rooms must be paper thin! I could hear everything: talking, walking, every door open and shut; and the elevator going up and down all the way down the hall! I did not sleep the entire night due to so much noise and commotion! I will never stay there again!"

"The place was convenient in Lakeland. The breakfast was not much of anything to be excited about. Cereal was all that was offered. Its a place to rest."

"Nice cozy one or two person studio apartment. The host was very easy to work with and the apartment was clean, comfy and easy to access. The bed was a little firm for our liking. We appreciated the little things that made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again."

"This place is run by an offsite group. The staff can’t do anything but ask someone offsite for what they’re supposed to do next. Totally misrepresented on website. Run down doesn’t begin to describe this place. Was told I would receive refund for all but first night after trying to check in and rejecting to stay there. Haven’t received a dime to date. Don’t walk, run away from this place."
