"We stayed as a family and enjoyed the properties facilities including pool swings and outdoor games. The Tuscan dinner was enjoyable with amazing views. Property in convenient to local restaurants and provided a great recommendation list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great value.
My only suggestion would be to provide some basics on arrival such as tea, coffee, milk. A hairdryer would also be useful."
"I could not have asked for a better time! The minute you walk in you are literally family. You need something simply ASK. Fabricio and Federico are the perfect host. Always smiling always accommodating. Great food, wine, pool and overall the treatment was beyond our expectations. Thank you Fabricio and Federico! "

Charming ancient farm house in Chianti
10/10 Excellent
"Family of 5 from the UK with three teenage daughters. We stayed for 8 nights in August when the temperature was up to 37C most days. The property is beautiful, full of understated Italian charm and with views across to San Gimignano that are captivating. Whilst the house has no air conditioning, it remains cool during the day if care is taken with blinds and windows. At night, the fans in each room ensured that we all slept well despite the daytime heat. The pool was lovely to swim in when the heat became too much. We spent hours sitting in the shade reading books, whilst admiring the views. Siena, Florence and Volterra were only an hour’s drive away, and we would recommend heading to San Gimignano for the evening when the crowds reduce, restaurants are easier to get into, and the lighting is stunning. We can’t recommend this property too highly. We met both Mariangela and Francesco during our stay who couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome and help with any questions."

10/10 Excellent
"We had such a lovely stay here. From the moment we arrived, the owners were incredibly kind and thoughtful. They made us feel so welcome and were always on hand if we needed anything, which really took the stress out of things and let us properly switch off.The house had everything we needed – comfortable, well looked after, and full of little touches that made a difference. And the views… wow. Every morning we’d sit outside with a coffee and just take it all in – rolling hills, vineyards, that golden Tuscan light. It was genuinely breathtaking. We were lucky with the weather too – sunshine every day – and we made the most of it, visiting nearby towns, relaxing in the garden, and eating far too much. The hosts restaurant recommendations were absolutely spot on. Every place we tried was delicious, full of character, and exactly the kind of local gems we were hoping for.It was the kind of holiday that leaves you feeling lighter and happier – couldn’t recommend it more - we just needed an extra week there!"
Holiday home in the Florentine Chianti half an hour from Florence
10/10 Excellent
"Gorgeous property in a Tuscan hill-top village. The house is just incredible. Lovely and cool, due to all the ancient stone, but with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Fantastic showers - really powerful - and a much-needed plunge pool for when we needed relief from the heat. The location of the house is perfect. Supermarket and bars/restaurants/wine-tasting all within walking distance. "
"Great place to stay in the Tuscan hills. This working farm produces fantastic olive oil and wine, both available for purchase and served in their own restaurant. The rooms are spacious and provide stunning views of the countryside. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The location is off the heavily beaten tourist path, a very nice and quiet environment. Location is also only a short drive to Florence for easy day trips (use the park and tram ride to city center at Villa Constanza). Great access to other beautiful hilltop towns as well, including Certalgo, etc. Our room (apartment) had a private bedroom, living room, fireplace, patio, and a full kitchen. We will definitely stay here again in the future!"
