I reserved 2 months prior to traveling and they couldn’t find my reservation despite emails from Mizata welcoming 3 days prior to check in. The road for the last 3 miles to hotel was not paved and had numerous serious potholes. You definitely need an SUV, especially if rain is forecasted. Really couldn’t leave hotel due to road conditions. Boat ride and jet skis are extra. Food was a plus. After all that I would stay again."
