"El agua de la alberca estaba sucia, por lo que no la usamos. La habitacion estaba limpia pero el baño no, había insectos y muchas hormigas; para tener agua caliente hay que pedirla en recepción y la regadera no tiene presión, sale solo un chorro de agua. La atención del personal fue buena, pero las instalaciones no me parece que reflejen el precio del hospedaje."

"The hotel is stunning and service is amazing and very attentive - one small detail ; we booked room on second level specifically for the view but unfortunately there was a strong smell of sewage so we were moved to lower room - while they tried to fix it and move us back to the original room, it still smelled of strong chemicals - unfortunately we didn’t get any type of compensation for the inconvenience."
