"Not a safe place to stay. No ac, doors not securely locked, looks and feels like a motel. Ants all of the place. Staff unresponsive and not helpful. Picture in Expedia does not reflect the actual dated facility."

"Our housekeeper for most of the 16 nights, Simone was so kind and helpful. Ilona was super helpful too, taking us to Karnival to experience the amazing culture. Peaches helped me with an issue at the beach too! Another kind and helpful soul. The only bad thing I would say is that service at the Hemingway Bar was horrible. We continually were ignored during the day and night sitting at a table or requesting bar service."
