Check in was easy, bed was comfortable, liked the convenience of the shuttle to/from mall as well as to/from airport. Hotel needs a refresh (carpet bunching up in hallway), rooms are dated and breakfast options could be warmer. Still overall a good stay

Conveniently located close to Narita Airport, this hotel is a great option for a quick stop between flights. While the property is a little dated, it’s clean and well maintained. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this hotel for an easy, comfortable layover stay.

This hotel was the perfect place for an overnight layover. It was a short Uber ride away and the Naritasan Park is an easy 10-minute walk away. The rooms had everything they needed but were small if you are traveling with someone. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Their airport transportation was a great bonus that I wished I had information on upon my arrival, but getting it one-way was a nice surprise.
