Die Immobilie liegt sehr schön, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, allerdings ist die gastronomische Versorgung (ausgenommen das Frühstück) sehr schlecht, nämlich fast nicht vorhanden.

The Hotel was set amongst the farmlands and had a beautiful feel to it. Sky deck was a wonderful touch. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Friendly welcome and service.
Location was very nice, just out of the city, in a calm semi-rural area. Only grip is with the single beds used to make a double. The crack in between the two beds never disappears and this annoys our couple the most.

Favourite hotel so far! Love the surrounding environment. The hotel are surrounded by apple tree farm and mountains, the scenery is very beautiful and relax. We enjoy a lot on the sauna room, steam room and the jacuzzi at the terrace level.

Nice and friendly
Really nice and friendly staff. The hotel is located in a nice valley. Surrounded by apple trees and vineyards. You definitely need a car to get around to the nest village and to explore the area.

A Beautiful hotel with great facilities.
We chose this hotel as a stop on our journey to Tuscany so only stayed one night. We wished we had booked for longer. It is an ideal place from which to explore. Our room had a great kitchen and sitting room with a balcony overlooking fields and mountains. The roof terrace is beautiful, very modern and chic. The hotel's restaurant provided great food at a reasonable cost. Parking is in a secure basement facility. This is a great hotel. Thoroughly recommended.

Art & design Hotel Napura
The hotel is one of the finest designed that we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The room design and the views are exquisite; the beds were perfect and the quality of all the spaces beautiful. In addition the staff were a joy and the breakfast superb. As a side note, my wife and are both architects and have only one before been so effusive in the praise of a hotel.

A couple of hiccups, but great overall
Came here with partner and friends for a short stopover as part of our euro trip. Great location if you have a car and want to pop out to visit surrounding towns, but don't expect anything within walking distance. You should have a car. Beautifully appointed rooms, incredibly comfortable. Had some hiccups with our bathroom which staff dealt with promptly. Shame the rooftop spa is only open 4pm - 8pm. Beautiful views so would have liked to enjoy them more. Overall great experience and would recommend.

Exceptional staff, beautiful hotel
Really enjoyed our stay here. I took my parents who had never been to Europe before (they are Korean-American), and I've seriously never encountered a more pleasant and helpful staff in my travels abroad. We had only stayed one night/day on our way through Italy and wished that it had been a few more days. It is true, the hotel is in the country, but the view and atmosphere is worth the side trip. (Think 360 degree mountains and orchards). We had no problems catching a taxi from the train station in Bolzano (10 min drive), and were able to visit surrounding museums and restaurants. The town of Setterquence has a few restaurants that are a 10 minute walk away, or you can rent mountain bikes from the hotel. The lounge/spa area on the roof was great. Having a car would have been nice, but not having one did not make our stay any less comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, new and quiet.

— Leider in die Jahre gekommen, die Wänden und Decken haben viele Risse. Auch der Aufzug macht keinen sicheren Eindruck bei der Nutzung. Der Fernseher zu klein. Der Pool am Deck mit bester Aussicht top und die Sauna war okay. Das Frühstück war über den Durchschnitt, besonders der Entsafter war top.

La struttura, moderna e confortevole, ha stanze ampie, funzionali ed eleganti e bagno splendido con doccia enorme e comodissima. Accogliente ed elegante anche la hall e comodissimo ed ampio il parcheggio coperto. Ristorante con piatti strepitosi (complimenti allo chef) ed ottima cantina dei vini. Servizio impeccabile in ogni ambito. Ottima anche la colazione (consiglio di ampliare l'orario fino alle 10.30).

Tolle Lage. Aus unserer Sicht jedoch, gibt es Potential in punkto Freundlichkeit (nur wenige MAs haben wir freundlich und zuvorkommend erlebt .. aus unserer Sicht). Auch könnte es sinnvoll sein, permanent ordentlich Staub zu wischen. Auf dem Nachttisch habe ich am ersten Tag ein Smiley gemacht, er war bei Abreise noch da. Auch die Begrüßung bei Anreise hat Potential, aus unserer Sicht war das überhaupt nicht einladend. Warum der Pool um 20 ihr schließt, können wir auch nicht nachvollziehen.ansonsten war es OK
