The staff was very helpful. The hotel was well located.

Hotel Stepanie's main reception and dining areas boast an old world charm (being the oldest hotel in Vienna). The staff were friendly and attentive. We had a classic double room which was very comfortable and had all the amenities a room should have, such as the all important tea making facility. The buffet breakfast had an impressive range of food to cater for all tastes (hot and cold). The restaurant serves excellent food in the price range you would expect. You are only a five minute walk to the nearest metro station or you can jump on a tram with a stop 50 meters from the hotel. The canal is a 5 minute walk.

Nice and helpful staff. Very good but also very expensive breakfast.

Not a luxury or daily serviced apartment, but clean and well appointed.
