"We were assigned a ground floor unit which was spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped though there were no basic condiments like pepper and salt. The staff was kind to turn on the air conditioner before we checked so it was cool when we entered. The toilet was huge with a spa bath tub as well. However, the kitchen door leading to the patio did not have blinds or curtain to provide some privacy. The Wentworth Falls is just round the corner. The Jamison Lookout was a good place for star gazing and we managed to take some pictures of the milky way there."

"Perfect winter getaway. Magic views and ideal for connecting with nature. Well stocked fireplace kept us cosy indoors, outdoor chiminea for fun marshmallow‑roasting and stargazing. A calm start and end to our full days of sightseeing, 4x4 exploring, and bushwalking. Stocked with jig saw puzzles, books and DVD’s with great surround sound. Warm, clean, comfy beds. The washing machine and dishwasher were handy. The lack of wifi and phone reception ensures that you switch off and enjoy every moment… Excellent communication, easy to find, simple and smooth check in and out. A beautiful welcome gift, thank you! A truly memorable winter escape."

"Will definitely be coming back to stay at Donlen Cottage. The view was amazing and constantly changing with the weather and the light. Looked over Mt Solitary & the Ruined Castle. We could even see the 3 Sister's through a gap in the trees! At night we could look out the other big window and see the lights of Sydney! The gas fire was lovely and kept us warm. Central heating for a back up just before bed was handy too. The house was very clean and homely and styled nicely. Comfy couch. Well equipped and good size kitchen. The garden paths to walk around were nice and you could see the effort they have made to make it an attractive peaceful place. You didn't even need to hike to a lookout because you had your own from the house or the lovely seats in the back garden. We didn't use the outdoor table setting, BBQ or bar table seats never it was cold, but they would be lovely to sit at during summer."

"Our stay at Azimuth was excellent. We were two families with people from 8-60 and felt as though we had plenty of space and things to do. The house is beautifully maintained and had a number of extra inclusions that made the stay easier. Not too far from local sites and for us Katoomba Christian Convention. "
