"We absolutely loved staying at this property in Chattanooga! The kitchen was well stocked, house was immaculate, and our dogs loved the big backyard. Richard was lovely to work with, and we had everything we needed throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend this property, and we're looking forward to coming back to stay here again!"

"The property was clean and in a very convenient location. The pictures don’t really convey how tiny the room and shower is but that’s not a huge deal. My most pressing concern was the lack of response from the customer service number or from the message service. Our TV didn’t work, the code to the “game boxes” was incorrect, the fire pit was out of gas so it didn’t work, and the freezer was completely frozen up. I called numerous times and left messages as well as leaving messages on the app. No response. Ever. They were VERY prompt at responding when they needed a copy of my ID so I know someone is receiving the messages; they just chose not to reply. Because of this, I would never stay here again."

"The evening that staff was incredibly rude. The place was very clean, rooms were nice. Dog friendly with dog park on property. Conveniently located directly off the exit. Breakfast was tasty"

"This is such a cute little place! They have a nice set up with many rentals. It is in such a convenient area. We loved it! We want to try other of their rentals too! This one is in the basement. If you are very tall you may have trouble! My husband 6'1" and his head touched the ceiling in the smaller bedroom. I'm 5'9" and my head was right at the shower head. The bigger bedroom's bed was a little saggy in the middle. Kind of a hammock feel. My back was feeling it.It was very clean and well maintained. They supplied coffee and snacks and some extra bathroom supplies were there of needed. Such nice people too."

"Everything was perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing. The room was immaculate and a perfect location to get away and still not be too far. "

"The bathtub set-up was dangerous - the shower/tub was on a high platform and a slipping danger getting in and out of the shower was there. The rooms were decorated nicely but there was no extra blanket for one colder night. "

"This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks. "

"Spotless. Professional. Small, older house but had absolutely everything our family of four needed. Some higher end upgrades had been added since the listing pictures, which were appreciated. We were able to access two trails on foot. Would definitely stay again, great value! "
