The location was excellent, the hotel was clean, luxurious, and felt much more exclusive than other hotels in the area. It never felt overcrowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool was excellent, the food was great, and the rooms were spotless and well maintained. Check in was a nightmare- people randomly walk up to desks, rather than standing in line, and the staff doesn’t say anything. They don’t redirect them. The rewards desk is the same way. People who are not VIPs just jump lines and staff don’t care. Check in took at least 2x longer than it should’ve as a result. Same thing at the rewards desk.
