The 25 square meter "La Praiola" apartment is a studio apartment located on the ground floor. It has an open space kitchen / living room / bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Characteristic is the vault in exposed tuff and the floor with majolica tiles.
The holiday home is located in the historic center of Terrasini, 300 meters from the main square. The sea, the beach and the enchanting view of the cliff called "Calarossa" are just a 10 minute walk away.
Terrasini is in an ideal position to visit Palermo, Monreale (30 km) on one side, and on the other side the Zingaro Nature Reserve, Scopello, Segesta, Erice, Trapani 80 (km), with all their beauties and attractions .
