Large terrace where you can barbecue in a unique Mediterranean garden. The villa is spacious and equipped with all the comforts necessary for a family home. You can enjoy the beaches a short distance away and the art cities of Palermo and Trapani (30 km). Don't miss the concerts and artistic events in Segesta (ancient Greek theater) just a few kilometers away. The supermarket is a 5-minute drive away, and there are many restaurants where you can enjoy typical Sicilian dishes. 15 minutes by car from Palermo airport, 45 minutes by car from Trapani airport.
