"The hotel was perfect. Small, so not over packed with people. Right next to the golf course if you’d like to golf. Cute sitting areas for everyone to sit and relax. The rooms were very spacious, and clean, and the front desk personnel was wonderful and easy to deal with."

"What a wonderful stay we had at the casita. It is set up with a guest's every need in mind. The decor is cheerful and welcoming -the whole place is excellently appointed. The hosts were available for any questions or concerns and could not have been more helpful, yet they were not intrusive. The sunset views are stunning. We had an easy drive to anything we needed in town. There is no doubt that we will stay at this delightful place on our next visit to Rio. "

"Impeccably clean property with outstanding communication by the owner.mthe kids really enjoyed the pool while taking in the view of the Sandias. It's adjacent to Paseo Del Norte and Coors for easy access to major freeways (e.g. I-40). Well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels for the kids and pool time. Will return for future trips!!"

"Mountain View from front porch was spectacular. Stay was just as great the second time as the first time back in Aug 2025. Home perfect for family in location and overall size and amenities. On Friday night, temps had dropped so we set the thermostat to auto to warm up house and went to bed shortly after. About an hour later, an alarm sounded telling us to evacuate, although after a check of all rooms nothing was wrong. After hearing the alarm a second time, about 10 mins after the first, we contacted the fire department, as a precaution. Fire dept came out and cleared house in moments. We were back in and asleep directly after. I only share this as a thanks to the host for having this type of alert system to give guests that extra peace of mind. And to the fire dept for coming out so quickly and checking everything out. "

"Property was listed as "Pool Haven" My bad! I did not read the fine print on page three that the pool was seasonal and unheated. The house appeared clean but the overwhelming smell of cleaning products was so strong we chose not to stay. I cannot recommend this property. Also I cannot recommend any future listings with Irvie Propertys. "
