Exceptional hospitality
We had a really lovely holiday- the apartment was as described and had everything we needed - the location was absolutely great for our dog who could run around freely and for us as our favorite towns San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca and Pisa were within an hour driving distance. Most special about this holiday however was the hospitality and friendliness of our host Stefano. Very responsive and kind and easy to communicate with. He also prepared pizza’s for us in a 90 year old stone oven which was delicious! We highly recommend this apartment for anyone who loves rural Tuscany and especially if you want to bring a dog!

Great holiday home!
We really enjoyed our stay here, it's very relaxed and there are great views in every direction around the property. The pool is excellent and our hosts very friendly and welcoming. The place is also very quiet helping to make it even more relaxing.

Paradise
Truly an amazing property. The house was very very clean and beautiful. It had all the cooking utensils and kitchen needs, some herbs and a beautiful welcoming package. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent. The swimming pool was amazing and very clean. The location was perfect, very close to beaches, shopping and tourist attractions. Stefano and Marta are the best hosts, very friendly, kind and helpful. We hope to visit this beautiful property again!

Wonderful quiet location with great hosts.
Stefano and Marta are wonderful hosts. Property has everything you need for your stay. Everything very clean. The bedroom is very spacious, we had the best nights sleep there in years. Stefano is a very social and likeable person who also has a great sense of humour he entertained us one evening making pizzas in their wood fired stove. Stefano will help in anyway to make your stay a pleasant one and offer advise about the local area and restaurants. The pool on site is an added bonus. The memory of having breakfast overlooking the olive groves and spectacular views will remain with us both always. Hopefully one day we will return. Best wishes Jane and Ian.

sehr sehr empfehlenswert
wenn man jetzt mal vom Wetter absieht für das Stefano nicht verantwortlich ist, war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Zunächst wurden wir sehr herzlich von Stefano begrüßt. Hierzu gehörten auch einige Eier aus eigener Haltung als Begrüßungsgeschenk. Stefano war über den gesamten Zeitraum hinweg immer gut zu erreichen (wir hatten uns auf whatsapp geeinigt), aber nie aufdringlich und er hat unsere Anliegen immer sehr schnell und zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit regeln können. Die Wohnung (es gibt noch eine weitere) war sehr liebevoll und mit allem notwendigen Inventar was man für eine Selbstversorgung benötigt ausgestattet. Für die auch heizende Klimaanlage waren wir besonders dankbar. Es gibt einen kleinen Außenbereich mit Sitzbank eigens für die Wohnung und dann den tollen Poolbereich für die Gäste mit gepflegtem Rasen, einem schönen Pool, einem Whirlpool und einem Kinderspielbereich. Pool und Whirlpool hätten wir jederzeit nutzen können wenn das Wetter mitgespielt hätte. Vom Hof aus selber hat man einen tollen Rundumblick mit Blick in die Apuanischen Alpen. Die Lage des Hofes fanden wir auch sehr günstig. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind ca. 7 km entfernt und auch Pisa, Florenz, Lucca, Volterra, San Gemignano und andere Orte sind gut zu erreichen. Ohne ein eigenes Auto läuft allerdings nichts. Absolut erwähnenswert ist die Pizzaparty, die wir bei Stefano gebucht haben und die Pizzen nach Wahl und eigenem Rezept im eigenen Steinbizzaofen auf Holz gebacken wurden. Toll

Ein erhohlsamer Osterurlaub
Mit meinem Mann und meinen beiden Jungs 11 und 14 Jahre waren wir Ostern für 7 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung bei Stefano und Marta. Die Ferienwohnung war einfach super, alles war da. Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und in jedem Raum ist ein Klimagerät, mit dem wir die Wohnung nach belieben haben beheizen können. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen, naturnahen Urlaub mit einer tollen Landschaft, die man von jeder Seite des Grundstücks aus hat betrachten können. Auch der beheizte Whirlpool war für uns bei 17 bis 22 Grad Aussentemperatur ein tolles Highlight. Gerne haben wir Tischtennis gespielt. Schade war dann doch, das wir den Pool, temperaturbedingt, nicht benutzen konnten. Hier wurden wir von Stefano im Vorfeld gefragt, ob er den Pool für uns schon aus der Winterpause holen soll. Was wir nicht wollten. Auch wir haben uns von Stafano und Marta mit Ihrer selbstgemachten Pizza im 90 Jahre alten Ofen verwöhnen lassen. Einfach unvergesslich. Vielen Dank. Erwähnenswert ist die Lage der Ferienwohnung. Ich denke es ist mit einer der schönsten Gegenden der Toskana mit vielen Ausflugszielen. Wir würden sie jedem weiter empfehlen. Stefanie T.

Beautiful view and lovely pool
Our best recommendation to this nice place and host Stefano and Martha. Extremely kind and welcoming couple. Very quiet surrounding, and the most beautiful view from the terrace and pool arear. Pool area was new and well maintained with sunbeds for all. The air condition was efficient and quiet - one in each bedroom and one in the kitchen/living arear. Also the shutters in front of the windows kept the heat out and allowed us the sleep in the morning as no light enter the rooms If the shutters are closed. Shopping possibilities within driving distance of appx 15 min. My husband likes to cook, and we received some vegetables from their garden -so nice- best tomatoes. Possibility to charge electrical vehicle worked super fine, so we charged during the night before we left so we had a full tank to start our journey back. Thanks a lot for your hospitality we really felt welcome.

Besser geht's nicht
Vorab: Wir waren bisher drei mal in der Toskana. Dies war die mit Abstand beste Unterkunft und wir werden wieder kommen. Marta und Stefano sind super nette unaufdringliche Vermieter. Die FW war voll klimatisiert, sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet. Die Aussicht in die Umgebung war fantastisch. Die Außenanlagen sind hervorragend. Kinder- und tierfreundlich (Spielplatz, Kicker, Tischtennis, großer Pool und Whirlpool, 4 menschenfreundliche Katzen und 2 Hunde). Unvergessen wird die von Stefano veranstaltete Pizzaparty (25 EUR p.P) sein. Stefano macht super leckere Pizzen bis zum Abwinken. Man kann auf dem Hof Wein und selbst gemachtes Olivenöl einkaufen. Für die FW selbst, volle Punktzahl. Einziges Manko, aber dafür können Marta und Stefano nichts, ist die etwa 300m lange Anfahrt auf einer unbefestigten, etwas ausgewaschenen und mit Spurrillen versehene unbefestigte Straße. Tiefergelegte Sportwagen werden dort ihre Probleme haben. Normale Pkw kommen aber durch. Herzlichen Dank für einen unvergessenen Urlaub.

Stefano and his family are so, so kind! I mean, genuinely nice people who are extremely friendly but also care for your privacy. Super Erholung
Alles in allem ein sehr stimmiger Urlaub, den Pool haben wir uns mit einer anderen Familie geteilt, es war genügend Platz für alle. Man bekommt kaum etwas von den Vermietern mit, bei Fragen oder ähnlichem hatte Stefano immer ein offenes Ohr. Gute Pizzeria und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe

Einfach nur traumhaft schön
Wir waren für eine Woche bei Stephano und Martha und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Ob vom Pool oder von der Terrasse einfach ein wunderschöner Blick auf Olivenbäume und Weinfelder. Stephano konnte uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Umgebung geben. Doch unvergessen wird unser gemeinsamer Pizza Abend sein. Wir wurden mit der leckersten Pizza verwöhnt und da mein Mann Geburtstag hatte gab es sogar noch einen Geburtstagskuchen. Mehr geht nicht! Wir können das Ferienobjekt zu 100% empfehlen!!!!!

Excellent holiday
We had an excellent holiday with our 2 children of 6 and 8 y/o in Podere Corniano! You get what they promise, it's a small house without luxury, but clean, familial atmosphere, you have all what you need. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are great! The children liked the cats a lot. The big strength however is the amazing view and environment. Everywhere you look it's like a painting. The sunsets are so beautiful. If you want to rest in a breathtaking environment, there is no better place. The supermarket is close and cities like Pisa, Firenze and Siena are not very far away either. And of course the great hosts Marta and Stefano. You get a very warm welcome and feel immediately at home. They were very helpful and friendly during our stay. They work hard to make it such a wonderful place. The pizza evening was great, excellent pizza by 'the king of pizza' :-). I would recomment this place to everyone. Congratulations to Marta and Stefano with this great realisation!

Erholsamer Toskana Urlaub
Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage in Stefanos und Martas Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und liegt sehr ruhig so das man sich gut erholen kann. Das Highlight ist der schöne Garten mit tollem Swimmingpool und Hot Tub die zum Baden und Sonnen einladen. Es standen 2 E-Bikes zur Verfügung. Wir durften Früchte und Kräuter aus dem Garten verzehren. Sehr lecker. :) Auch hat uns Stefano mit frischen Eiern von seinen Hühnern versorgt. Die Unterkunft liegt am Rande eines kleinen Ortes. Von wo man gut Ausflüge in die Umgebung starten kann, z. B. Pisa, Livorno, Lucca etc. Wir haben uns bei der Gastgeberfamilie sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Voll toller Urlaubsort!
Genau so stellt man sich eine Ferienwohnung in der Toskana vor! Absolut ruhige Lage, alles da was man unbedingt braucht. Den Pool und Whirlpool haben wir sehr genossen. Absolutes Highlight war der Pizzaabend mit Stefano und Marta, die uns mit sämtlichen toskanischen Spezialitäten verwöhnt haben. Unsere Fragen zu Land, Leuten, Olivenöl, Wein, … hat Stefano uns super auf Englisch beantwortet.

Alles super, sehr schöner Urlaub!
Gemeinsam mit meiner Frau und unseren 2 Töchtern habe ich unseren 13-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung und die Außenanlagen bieten alles, was man zum Erholen benötigt, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Klimaanlage, eigene Terrasse mit großartigen Ausblick und super Pool. Marta und Stefano sind 2 herzliche Vermieter, die gerne mit Rat und Tat behilflich sind. Ein Highlight war Stefanos Pizza-Abend, selbstgebackene Pizza aus dem eigenen Steinofen. Ich freue mich bereits auf unseren nächsten Urlaub bei Marta und Stefano.

Great holiday at Tuscany
When we arrived, we got a very warm and hearty welcome! The hosts Marta and Stefano are very helpful and nice persons. It doesn´t matter if we had questions about the laundry or the nearest hospital, they were supportive all the time. Worth to mention is, Stefano led us to the ambulance during midnight, because of the accident of our daughter. But, what you shall not miss in any case is the pizza party – there are no better pizzas of the world than Stefano´s and Marta´s. The margarita sticks out – it's very delicious. It was a very nice and laid back holiday were we could relax at the nice arranged pool, in the house or while the nice evenings! Stefano´s Olive oil is outstanding and to recommend. The apartment is very nice arranged, the property is in a quiet location and surrounded by a great landscape. It was a overwhelming and a wonderful experience. Marta and Stefano are very open minded but not pushy. Just great! We can recommend the holiday at the Tuscany – we will return maybe next year..... PS: Stefano your pizza ist the BEST!!!!!

Very pleasant vacation in Terricciola
We had a very nice holiday in Terricciola, at the Agriturismo Podere Corniano. The place is very beautiful, clean and match exactly with the description. The sun was also with us :-) The hosts Marta & Stefano was very friendly and lovely. The wednesday pizza party was the better evening during our holiday, we ate very good pizzas made by the Pizzaiolo Stefano ;-) They also made us taste products from the region. We really hope to come back soon. It is a perfect location to visit Toscana (Pisa, Peccioli, Florence). Marie & Eric

Tolle Gegend - tolle Gastgeber - tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir erlebten einen warmen, herzlichen Empfang und waren von Anfang an begeistert über die tolle ruhige Gegend. Der Pool ist super und die Wohnung sehr liebevolle im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet. Und ein Highlight, wie schon mal beschrieben, die leckeren Pizzen aus dem Holzofen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Marta e Stefano, Mille Mille Grazie. Molto saluti dalla famiglia Dittrich.

Great appartment and nice stay
We had a great stay at Marta's and Stefano's holiday appartment. On our arrival we were welcomed warm-heartedly. The appartment is nicely decorated, clean and very well equipped. The two of them were very helpful when we had questions. The pizza from the wood-fired oven is delicious. Even though the weather was not as good as we hopped, we were able to enjoy the large pool and the well-kept e-bikes. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. It's not only the perfect base for trips to the nearby cities, but also for hikes and bike rides to the surrounding villages. Terricciola is famous for its wines and a visit to some wineries is a must. Local produce is available at the daily markets. A small corner store "alimentari" can easily be reached on foot and a supermarket is about 8 km away. But, of course, it is a great spot to relax. Thanks again xx

Der herzliche Empfang war der beste Start in den tollen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet, sehr schön ist der Sitzplatz draussen und der gepflegte Pool. Stefano ist der beste Vermieter, den man sich vorstellen kann: sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit und dabei überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Wenn wir wieder mal in die Toscana reisen, wohnen wir auf jeden Fall hier!

cadre parfait, logement agréable et hôtes charmants
Première visite en Italie ... La Toscane est une région magnifique et le cadre de cette location nous mets de suite dans le bain... Nichée en haut d'une colline elle nous offre une vue panoramique des plus apaisantes. Stefano et Marta on su aménager cette endroit pour qu'on en prenne plein la vu et qu'on s'y sente très bien avec entre autre, une terrasse privative et une piscine idéalement placée et aménagée... Le logement est typique, confortable, propre et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Stefano et Marta sont parfaits ! Très accueillants, très sympathiques, à l'écoute , discrets mais très disponible en cas de besoins. Je recommande vivement !

Our favourite holiday home in Tuscany
Back at Podere Corniano for the second time this summer was like coming home, Marta and Stefano are the best hosts! The charming appartment provides enough space for 4 persons, the kitchen is fitted with everything you need, but most of the time you spend outdoors - at the generously large pool area, heating up the BBQ or most importantly enjoying the marvelous view of the Tuscan valley in front of you. Wednesday night is Pizza time - Stefano makes great pizzas, with any topping that you wish for. This is the place to be, if you are looking for a relaxing time!

Unser Traumurlaub!
Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Der herzliche Empfang und die offene unkomplizierte Art von Stefano und Marta hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist im Landhausstil liebevoll und mit Blick auf Details eingerichtet. Alles so, als wollten die Beiden selbst dort wohnen. Die Fliegenfenster/-türen waren ebenso wie die Kimaanlagen in den Schlaf- und Wohnräumen eine sehr tolle Sache. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ob Kaffeemaschinen (klassisch für auf den Herd und Filtermaschine), Küchenrolle, Kräuter/Gewürze oder Handtücher, es wurde an alles gedacht. Also einfach ankommen, auspacken und wohlfühlen. Der herrliche Ausblick von unserem Gartensitzplatz aus, der zum Sonnenschutz mit Weinreben bewachsen und mit einem Grill ausgestattet ist, war für uns täglich etwas ganz besonderes. Auch der Poolbereich ist sehr schön. Umgeben von einem gepflegten Garten bieten eine Überdachung und ein Schirm Schatten und Platz zum Ausruhen. Ein besonderes Highlight für uns, war der von Stefano und Marta organisierte Pizzaabend. Aus ihrem Steinbackofen zauberten die beiden die herrlichsten Pizzen für uns. Das Haus selbst liegt ruhig und etwas abseits, aber doch wieder so zentral, dass man ohne viel Zeitaufwand überall hin kommt. Ein kleiner Laden mit allem was man braucht, befindet sich direkt in Morrona, in Terricciola kann man lecker essen, größere Supermärkte sind nur ca. 8 km entfernt. Es ist genauso gut machbar einen Tag am Meer zu verbringen, wie einen Stadtbummel z.B. in Pisa oder Lucca. Zu erwähnen ist auch, dass Stefano eigenes Olivenöl produziert und verkauft. Man wohnt umgeben von seinen vielen Olivenbäumen, die er selbst bewirtschaftet. Sein Öl ist ganz hervorragend und man sollte es unbedingt probieren. Für uns war es perfekt bei Stefano und Marta und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!! Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Ruhig, beschaulich, freundlich und tolle Landschaften
Stefano und Marta sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Das Anwesen ist in ruhiger Lage und von tollen Landschaften umgeben. Pool und Garten lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Das Appartement an sich ist sehr liebevoll und toskanisch traditionell eingerichtet. Einzig in der Küche hätte man die ein oder andere Kleinigkeit wie Gewürze oder Küchenrolle gebrauchen können. Allerdings entschädigte dies der Pizzaabend im Holzofen der Gastgeber vollends. Kurzum bleibt ein toller Urlaub mit freundlichen Gastgebern auf einem gemütlichen ruhigen Anwesen

Magnifique séjour !
Mon mari, mes enfants et moi avons adoré notre séjour chez Marta et Stefano qui sont des hôtes chaleureux et prévenants. Le logement est très agréable et la vue sur les collines toscanes depuis la terrasse est époustouflante. Nous reviendrons à Terriciola l'année prochaine .
