"I stayed in room 615 and it was a good stay i went for a funeral didn’t spend too much time at the hotel the toilet was running continuously i had to adjust it the shower and sink pipe knobs was really hard to turn the sink didn’t drain properly the room was clean great view great breakfast I enjoyed the on site restaurant and pool "

"Very inconsistent housekeeping services, had to ask multiple times for washcloths and coffee that was not left in room. Carpet was not vacuumed, room was not clean when checked in. Spent an hour in parking lot at 2:00 am last night there because of fire alarm. We will not return or recommend. "

"Check in system did not have free breakfast on my reservation, despite being included. Hotel was filthy, and smelled of mold. AC unit was running, but room was very hot. Breakfast was truly revolting, food legitimately turned my stomach. There are multiple signs that say that gratuity is not included in breakfast, but it’s a self-serve buffet. Wish I could give 0 stars, will never stay here again."

"This place was nice and room was great with the pull out bed couch. Loved the full kitchen! I wish this had more then one washer and drier in the whole place and it would be nice if they could take card not just quarters. The quarter area broke down while i was putting laundry, the staff didnt know what the right key was and couldnt open it. I had to do laudry at the truck stop across the street. I would stay again but hope they add more laudry as lots of people are coming through. Also breakfast was okay."

"What a beautiful and tranquil setting!! My family loved this house and its location! The dock is on another level and the pool and jacuzzi were great! Susan is the best as well as Johnny! Very communicative and responsive! Would stay here again!! As a FYI Susan is very generous with amenities for the house! "

"The staff and hotel location were perfect could not ask for anything else. It was concerning that on one of your busiest weekends you had one person working breakfast. He was taking orders, cooking, running the food, bussing then washing the dishes. He had a great attitude and did a great job but as a company not fair to him or your guests. Our room was spacious and clean but water was hard to regulate. It was either very hot or dropped out cold. Also you have holes cut in the walls to run wires and no covers or patches. The rooms did not feel complete. Again staff and location was excellent but room and staffing issues stop me from giving you a higher rating. Thanks. "
