Tra il Monte Ferru ed il Monte Arbu, nella zona più meridionale dell'Ogliastra, sorge in una valle il paese di Tertenia, compreso tra mare e montagna, in un'area di rilevante interesse naturalistico e paesaggistico , la cui lunga costa, che si estende per 12 chilometri, si apre in numerosi e incantevoli arenili di grande bellezza, bagnati da acque pescose e cristalline.

Qui incastonato fra la collinetta su cui sorge il nuraghe Nastasi e la splendida e riservata spiaggia della Melisenda sorge il villaggio Nuraghe Longu.

L' appartamento (4 posti letto) di recentissima costruzione fa parte di una villa divisa in 4 unità tutte con ingresso indipendente.
La superficie interna dell'appartamento è di 50mq così suddivisa:

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Im Vorfeld, aber auch während unseres Aufenthaltes, wurden wir mit wertvollen Tipps von Ugo versorgt. Er war für uns immer ansprechbar. An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank!. Das Apartment sowie die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wurde durch den umsichtigen Hausmeister alle 2 Tage gereinigt, top. Die Gegend ist sehr sehenswert. Wir können die Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen.

Sejour fabuleux & inoubliable

Des vacances tout simplement géniales! Ugo et Patricia nous ont parfaitement accueillis. Des propriétaires idéaux, discrets mais toujours joignables et réactifs. Dans cette résidence, tout est bien pensé. Le logement est parfait, le confort y est optimal. Les climatisations sont efficaces, les équipements sont nombreux, les produits de base sont tous fournis, en cuisine comme dans la salle d’eau; et même papier wc, serviettes / draps, étendoirs, pinces à linge, bref rien ne manque! La terrasse est très agréable. Nous avons aimé la belle vue sur la mer, sur les collines et le calme apaisant. L’ensemble de la propriété est magnifique & fleurie. Les espaces privés et communs y sont très bien aménagés. La piscine parfaitement entretenue et quasi privée est un vrai plus, nous en avons profité pleinement. De nombreuses infos sont fournies pour découvrir les merveilles de la région. Il y a de superbes plages à 5mn, galets ou de sable. En s’éloignant un peu, d’autres splendeurs variées sont à découvrir en bord de mer ou dans les terres. Cette région, touristique mais pas trop est très préservée et à des décors époustouflants. Coup de cœur aussi pour les sardes que nous avons eu l’honneur de rencontrer grâce à Ugo qui nous ont fait vivre des moments inoubliables. Merci pour cette belle échappée dans votre petit paradis! Merci pour votre sens du partage, pour vos belles valeurs humaines et la transmission de votre culture. Au plaisir de revenir séjourner chez vous.

Perfekter Familienurlaub mit Pool und Strand

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Villagio Nuraghe Longhu sehr genossen! Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung waren sehr gut, den Pool hatten wir in den zwei Wochen fast immer für uns alleine. Mit dem Auto waren wir super schnell am Strand. Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten gab es ebenfalls gute in direkter Umgebung.

Schöner Urlaub in ländlicher Umgebung

Wir hatten in der sehr schönen Anlage einen tollen Aufenthalt. Da wir Ruhe suchten störte uns die ländliche Umgebung nicht. Ugo, der Hausherr, hat uns sehr gut aufgenommen und stand für jede Frage zur Verfügung. Bei unserem Aufenthalt waren wir quasi alleine auf dem Grundstück. Zu erwähnen ist, dass lediglich ein Espressokocher zur Zubereitung von Kaffee vorhanden ist. Auch einen Toaster oder Wasserkocher gibt es nicht. Supermärkte und Restaurants findet man ausreichend in der Umgebung. Die beiden Strände in der Nähe sind das Highlight. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen.

Super Urlaub - tolles Domizil

Sehr schöne Wohnung - alles vorhanden was es braucht selbst Bügeleisen und Fön ! Sehr guter Zustand alles sehr gepflegt - wir haben uns wohlgefühlt! Herr Piroddi ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um alles prima ! Die Wohnungen sind ruhig gelegen !

Moderne Anlage in gemütlicher Umgebung

Wir waren für eine Woche vor Ort und hatte eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, neuwertig ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Anlage bietet 3 Häuser mit jeweils 4 Wohnung . Wobei jedes Haus seinen eigenen Salzwasserpool besitz. Der Pool wird zudem regelmäßig gereinigt und ist ideal für Kinder und Erwachsene geeignet. Unsere 5 Jährige Tochter konnte im vorderen Bereich stehen. Zudem werden auch noch drei Villen mit seperaten Pools angeboten. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Alles im allen kann ich die Anlage bestens empfehlen und würde auch wieder dorthin fahren.

Sehr schönes Ferienappartment

Auf der Anlage stehen 3 dieser Häuser mit Pool davor, sehr schön gepflegt mit Blumen, Palmen, Zitrusbäumen usw. Der Besitzer wohnt ebenfalls im Bereich der Ferienanlage und war sehr nett und bemüht dass alles okay war. Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz neu, alles sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sogar Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten das Haus für uns alleine und somit auch den Pool. Es war sehr ruhig und entspannt. Was uns gestört hat war, dass man den Müll selbst zum Recyclinghof bringen musste, das war schon lästig. Zum Strand und zum kleinen Supermarkt benötigt man ein Auto, es sind ca. 2 km. Einen wirklichen Ort gibt es nicht, Eisdiele, Pizzeria, kleine Bar, Strandbar sind okay, weiter gibt es allerdings nichts.

Fantastisch

Ich habe mal gelesen, dass man einseitigen Bewertungen nicht trauen sollte... was aber wenn ich nichts auszusetzen habe? Der "Gastgeber" ist ein freundlicher und sehr bemühter Herr, der die Anliegen seiner Gäste ernst nimmt. Es fehlt was? Es funktioniert was nicht korrekt? Wird erledigt, wobei letzteres bei uns nicht vorkam. Bei Verständigungsproblemen wird ein Freund hinzugezogen, der perfektes Englisch spricht. Der Vermieter selber spricht nur italienisch, ist aber auch hier bemüht sich zu verständigen. Ein sehr sympathischer Mensch. Der Pool ist ohne chemischen Zusätze mit Salzwasser und zwei verschiedenen tiefen wegen der Kinder, perfekt. Für die Reinlichkeit des Pools ist man mitverantwortlich, da der Sauger von den Mietern abends selbstständig in den Pool gesetzt wird, somit sind die Nutzungszeiten auch flexibel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt, wie der Rest der Anlage eben auch. Die Einrichtung hat alles was man benötigt, sie ist praktisch und vollkommen ausreichend. die Geräte funktionieren alle einwandfrei. Über das TV können wir nichts sagen, wir haben es nicht genutzt, aber es steht ein Gerät da. Das WiFi funktioniert mal mehr mal weniger, aber das ist nichts neues in Italien und wer sich darüber aufregt ist selber schuld. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche kann man für einen Aufpreis während des Aufenthaltes wechseln lassen, oder eben selber waschen. Da die Endreinigung aber auch der Strom im Preis enthalten sind ist der Preis für dieses Objekt auch mehr als gerechtfertigt, in anderen Häusern muss man die Nutzung der Klimaanlage oder des Herds extra bezahlen.Wer einmal ein Klimagerät zur Abkühlung der Räume abends angestellt hat und dann zum Schluss des Aufenthaltes dafür zahlen musste, weiss was ich meine. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es Esel, Ziegen und Pfaue und der direkte Nachbar zum Anwesen ist ein ruhiger und freundlicher Zeitgenosse, der wenn man höflich fragt, auch Kinder mal die Ziegen füttern lässt. Die Rückerstattung der Kaution fand ohne Probleme statt. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten, die günstigste Tankstelle der Region ist in Tertenia ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Strandabschnitte Foxi sind die gesamte Zeit mit Rettungsschwimmern abgedeckt, auch hier ist der Strand für Kinder gut geeignet. Der Parkplatz am Strand ist kostenlos, es gibt dort ein Kiosk und Duschen, letztere kosten 50 Cent für die Nutzung.

Relaxing family holiday in a tranquil location

A perfect stay in a clean, modern, air-conditioned apartment with a lovely, clean pool. We were warmly welcome by a helpful owner with his friendly English translator. Beautiful, rural location, but you will need a car to reach the Foxi Manna beach and local facilities, both of which are only a few minutes away. Highly recommended for a relaxing family/couple getaway in a peaceful, gated location (super safe for kids) with an easy access to a beautiful sandy beach.

Ottimo appartamento, ben arredato con tutti i comfort necessari, molto pulito in contesto tranquillo

L'accoglienza del Sig.Ugo ti fa sentire a casa già dal primo giorno! Sempre disponibile ed ottima guida per i vari intrattenimenti della zona. Il villaggio ha le singole residenze ben separate da curati giardini tipici del luogo. Le belle piscine, con sistema di pulizia al sale, sono un'ottima conclusione alle giornate trascorse nello splendido mare della zona. Esperienza da consigliare.

Oase van rust en genot

Na ontvangst door zeer vriendelijke gastheer de sleutel van het appartement ontvangen. Het appartement is nog helemaal nieuw. Inrichting en comfort De keuken is voorzien van alle luxe benodigdheden. In het appartement hangen twee airco's. Hoewel het ruim 38 graden is, Is de airco niet nodig. Door de ligging en de heerlijke wind is het binnen heerlijk koel. S nachts zetten we alleen 1 airco wel aan. Dit is voldoende cooling voor het hele appartement :-) De bedden zijn voorzien van zeer goede matrassen. snacht ook heerlijk rustig, geen blaffende honden en dergelijke. Badkamer De badkamer is ook erg fijn. Goede douche. Altijd voldoende warm water. Het enige minpuntje wat wij konden vinden was dat er geen spaarknop op de toilet zat. ;-) Terras Vanaf het terras een mooi uitzicht op de bergen en in de verte de zee. Overigens een kleine 7 minuten rijden met de auto tot een fijn rustig strand. Het terras op de eerste verdieping is ondanks de hoge temperatuur buiten ook zeer aangenaam doordat de wind erop staat en qua ligging er schaduw is. Minpuntje zijn de stoelen, omdat je daar niet de hele tijd comfortabel op kan luieren. Hiervoor hebben wij 2 strandbedden van het zwembad boven gezet. :-) Zwembad Hier kan je echt de hele dag in liggen :P Heerlijk schoon en goede temperatuur. Geen chloor maar iets van heel ligt zout. Wij vinden dit veel beter eigenlijk. Bij het zwembad ook een goede douche met warm water. Het zwembad heeft gelukkig geen sluitungstijden. Zelfs in het donker mag je zwemmen. Het zwembad is voorzien van verschillende kleuren ledverlichting. Erg leuk om dan in de avond te zwemmen! Ligging Je hebt zeker een auto nodig. Op 2 minuten rijden is er een kleine supermarkt en een goede koffie bar. Bij hotel Janus kan je voortreffelijk goed eten. Het strand is dichtbij en heeft fijn zand. Maar ook zijn er rotsen zodat je prima kan snorkelen. Vast nog iets vergeten om te melden.... We blijven hier drie weken, en zien er nu al tegenop om dit zeer mooie en prettige appartement te verlaten. Overigens wij kennen de eigenaar niet, maar vinden het leuk om deze review te geven.

Op 2 minuten rijden is er een kleine supermarkt en een goede koffie bar. Bij hotel Janus kan je voortreffelijk goed eten. Het strand is dichtbij en heeft fijn zand. Maar ook zijn er rotsen zodat je prima kan snorkelen. Vast nog iets vergeten om te melden.... We blijven hier drie weken, en zien er nu al tegenop om dit zeer mooie en prettige appartement te verlaten. Overigens wij kennen de eigenaar niet, maar vinden het leuk om deze review te geven.

clean , tidy, everything working and set in a beautiful location

The surrounding area is very underdeveloped and very quite. There are two shops,a few restaurants and a beautiful beach.If you want night life and music don't go to this place,but if want peace and quite to read a book or do nothing for a week it's for you. The own was there to let us in and was helpful.You also need a car

Magnifique environnement

Hébergement bien aménagé conforme à la description : tout le nécessaire s’y trouve, propreté, confort et extérieur avec piscine. À la campagne, environnement très paisible, bord de mer et très belles plages à proximité. Constitue une base très intéressante pour explorer la région. Possibilité de sorties en mer depuis Arbatax vers les côtes du Golfo di Orosei. Nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement.

La côte est très belle, endroit calme , un centre équestre à proximité , jardin de la résidence très beau et le luxe de la piscine, formidable. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement chaleureux, à recommander donc !
