Villa Perla Marina is a beautiful fully fenced Independent Villa with private parking, private pool and breathtaking views of the beautiful coast of the Marina of Tertenia, 850 meters from the pebble beaches of Abba Urci and 1,3 km from the main sandy beach of Foxi Manna.

On the ground floor there is a fully accessible double bedroom with en-suite bathroom; Kitchen with kitchenette and island; dining room with window overlooking the sea and living room with tv.

On the first floor the remaining four complete double bedrooms, connected by a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and two additional bathrooms.

Outside, an immense garden, a private pool with covered veranda equipped with dining table ten seats, barbecue, washing machine and refrigerator outside. The exteriors are also furnished in order to allow you to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.

Throughout the house, unlimited internet connection and air conditioning.

Amazing!

Wow. This house was absolutely stunning with gorgeous views and picture perfect vibes. The host was extremely helpful and available, she provided us with lots of local recommendations and even helped us coordinate with a chef. I would definitely recommend staying here. 100/10

Fantastische Umgebung, gut erreichbar. Die Villa ist schön und gepflegt. Alles vorhanden (kein Gasgrill). Super Pool mit Aussicht auf Bergen und Meer. Nächste grössere Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Tertenia Coop, 25 Min Autofahrt.Strand Foxi Manna in 7 Min. erreichbar. Meer ist unbeschreiblich schön, klar und nicht felsig.
