El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la zona turística está muy cerca caminando. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy cómodas y muy bien decoradas. La comida es muy buena, especialmente el desayuno. Las personas de limpieza son muy amables y atentas. Las personas de recepción y algunas del restaurante no son muy agradables, deberían ser mas amables para el trabajo que desempeñan. En general, el hotel es una buena opción al visitar Zaragoza.

Hotel was nice and clean. Not much around in terms of restaurants. Easy and quick taxi ride into town but not walking distance. Excellent if you’re communing by train. Overall I enjoyed it and would recommend it.

I went for a short visit and was very happy with my stay. From the time we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is very centrally located and there is so much around in terms of shopping and dining. The hotel is very nice, charming, and comfortable. Would highly recommend it!

The property is reasonably priced and a great location. In the morning we found the building to be quite noisy between guests moving around and the cleaning staff. The plumbing is also very noisy.

"It was great. The tunnel tour was fantastic and the staff lovely. Location and proximity to station parking were bonuses. Only little thing I wondered about is whether previous guests in our room were smokers. It smelled as if that were the case. I don't know what your policies are on this."
