You will enjoy the swimming pool and its landscaped garden.

This Charentaise break will allow you to discover the Gallo-Roman heritage of the city of Saintes located 15 minutes away, the vineyards and producers of Pineau des Charentes near the property as well as the large Cognac houses located 20 minutes away. Without forgetting the beaches of Royan which are only 20 minutes away.
