"The Snug is in a good location to visit the Forest of Dean area and Wales. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and live on site. They have thoughtfully provided everything you need for a short break. It is well presented and although overlooking a main road is quiet and has parking at the rear. "

"We were visiting Bristol and Bath for the weekend and this place was the perfect base for us to do so. Comms were good and access to the property was straightforward. The house had everything we needed for a cosy and comfortable stay and everything we used was in good working order (oven/hob, wifi, tv, shower). Good value for money so we would gladly return if we're back in the area. "

"We enjoyed staying in this house - it was perfect for the two of us and our dogs. Marzena, the host, was very helpful and responded quickly to our queries. We stayed over Christmas and spent most of the time with family but it was great to return to a warm and comfortable house and to be able to relax. "Elle’s lodge was perfect for a weekend break for me and my partner. It provided simple but efficient amenities. Elle was a helpful and friendly host who came down to the lodge on one occasion to help us get the oven working! We also did not have to wait until the afternoon to check-in as the cleaners were done earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is visiting Bath or the surrounding area. "
