All the staff are excellent. Hotel is very clean. Room was lovely and the AC is very quiet. Our room had a balcony too, which we hadn't expected. Mini bar fridge broke down, but was replaced within 48 hours. We arrived late at night and had a pizza in the restaurant, which was really nice. Breakfast had scrambled egg as a hot option, plus cold meats, different cheeses, fruit, etc. Croissants were lovely, as was the coffee which was fresh to order. The pools looked nice, however the bar isn’t open until 3pm. But I gather the reception staff can pop up and do simple drinks There's a supermarket downstairs, which is convenient. And the petrol station next door, has a bar along with a 24 hour machine. You'll need to put your driving licence in it for over 18 purchses. Overall, very nice, very clean and lovely staff.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, the most perfect holiday, so romantic and amazing to be surrounded by nature, beautiful. Can't recommend highly enough. Super friendly staff and great chefs in the Dune restaurant, a lovely bunch of people who go above and beyond to make your trip special.

The hotel was a great find. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was a little out of the way from anywhere else so having a hire car was great and it was a good base for visiting both Cagliari and Villasimius. Thank you for a great stay.

What a stunning hotel. Everything about this hotel is 1st grade. A stay here is certainly recommended.

Nous avons adoré l’emplacement situé directement sur la plage de Poetto, avec le grand boardwalk en bord de mer. Tout était parfait : l’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu, le déjeuner est copieux et le personnel est gentil et poli. Le seul petit bémol concerne la climatisation, qui était peu fonctionnelle. Nous y retournerons!
