"Rented 2 rooms. Both had mediocre AC. Advertised as included breakfast until 1030. At check in, night manager told us it ended at 10, so we went at 915 to find it closed. Front desk said we should have checked paper included with room key sleeve and wouldn’t offer any sort of credit since it was through Expedia - great satisfaction guarantee. Expedia made it right and gave me a credit. "

The reason I rented a room for the night was because of the indoor hot tube and it didn’t work!! The water looked dirty inside the hot tub and indoor pool. Very disappointed.
