"The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full. Phong, his wife & their 2 little cute daughters made up for it! However, 1 big setback was that it was along the highway...

"We had 6 days in this excellent, incredibly spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment on the 20th floor of the FLC Tower. Far exceeded our expectations and would definitely return again. Everything in both the tower and the apartment worked well - elevators in these high rise buildings in Vietnam are often slow but not here. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and cafes & about 20 minutes on foot to the large shopping plaza with a good supermarket for those...

"The place was in good shape, just some very minor issues with a sink faucet not secured tightly but it worked. For any issues the owner is very responsive. There were a half dozen or so ants on one of the beds we didn’t use when we got there but not so much the following days. Internet worked very well as we both do video conferencing for work at night. The blackout curtains work very well and it was very quiet during the day when we slept. The place was decently clean and very comfortable."
