Hotel en chute libre de plus en plus vétuste

C était notre second séjour dans cet hôtel. Si le premier s était fort bien déroulé il y a 2 ans ce ne fut pas le cas de celui-ci. L hôtel est de + en + vétuste, la literie est un véritable trampoline, les toilettes sont collées au mur ne laissant pas de place aux jambes. Spots du plafond cassés, poubelle de chambre non vidée, piscine sale pleine de sable ( un petit contrôle de l Ars ne serait pas du luxe), plus de chaussons fournis pour le spa sous prétexte de mesure eco-responsable alors qu'il en existe des lavables ce qui résoudrait le problème prétexté et permettrait de conserver le standing prôné. Leur solution est d en proposer à la vente.. le petit déjeuner reste correct mais les viennoiseries sont surgelées. Originaires de la région nous venions pour passer la fête des mères, nous avons demandé le menu pour ce jour précis un mois avant, rien n était établi, nous l avons reçu à peine 1 semaine avant notre arrivée : très cher et pas particulièrement très original, nous avions pris la peine de réserver une autre table ailleurs et nous avons bien fait ! Personnel du petit déjeuner très sympa, on ne peut pas en dire autant du spa ou de la jeune femme de l accueil !! Nous vous recommandons de passer votre chemin, il y a énormément d établissements dans la région bien au dessus à tous niveaux avec l amabilité inclue qui plus est ! Hôtel qui mérite à peine 2 étoiles. Nous passerons le message à nos familles et invitons les voyageurs à passer leur chemin.

Génial

Notre séjour a été parfait. Le cadre de cet hôtel est magnifique, l'environnement très calme, pas un bruit la nuit, pas de route à proximité. Le restaurant est également à recommander. Le grand plus a été la superbe piscine et son jacuzzi et à l'étage inférieur 2 saunas et un hammam ainsi que des salles de repos et de massage.

Hôtel situé sur les hauteurs de thannenkirch, dans un cadre agréable et calme. Accueil très bon. Chambre campanule d un confort très moyen pour un 3 étoiles (lavabo bouché, support papier toilette ne tenant plus au mur, vue direct sur le toit d un bâtiment voisin a trois mètres de notre fenêtre....) Spa de très bonne facture mais certains transats extérieurs hors d usage. Restaurant de qualité moyenne pour le prix.... entrecôte (viande d excellente qualité) aux poivres dont la sauce n avait pas le goût de poivre......une prétendue tarte au citron revisitée qui n a de revisite que le nom puisqu'il ne s agit que d un fonds de tarte avec des pointes de crémeux citron accompagné d'une boule sorbet citron .

Das Hotel ist größtenteils neu renoviert worden, verfügt über geräumige Zimmer und einem tollen Wellness- und SPA- Bereich (die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel). Der Indoor Swinnmimg Pool hat sogar bis 23 Uhr geöffnet, sodass man nach einem Tagesausflug noch im warmen Wasser oder Whirlpool entspannen kann. Das Resataurant und der Frühstücktsraum sind ebenfalls neu renoviert und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Essen war sehr gut. In den Zimmern hätten wir uns einen Kühlschrank und mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten für nasse Handtücher gewünscht, jedoch sind dies nur Kleinigkeiten, die noch verbessert werden könnten.

Das Hotel ist für Reisende eine Wucht!

Das Hotel ist etwas Abseits der üblichen Reiserouten gelegen, aber gerade dass macht den Charme und die Ruhe die man in der Rustikalen und sehr Modern ausgebauten Hotelanlage finden kann vollkommen.
