Newly remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath studio apartment close to Eastern Arizona College. Quiet location in great neighborhood. Studio is close to another rental house I own so if you need more space there are options for larger parties. Studio can be rented for 1-2 guests or studio can be rented along with bigger house to sleep10-12.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash dishes and put them away. Remove leftover food from refrigerator and take out trash.
Place used towels in pile on floor. Turn HVAC system off. Turn off lights and fans. Make sure windows are shut.
