Very nice, helpful guys at the reception Abdullahrahman, Ahmed and the smiling guy I can't remember his name, the young man Ali, I don't think I ever met nicer hotel reception staff. The air-conditioning was excellent. There is close by mall called Arabella Mall it has greater restaurant and shops. No where is too far with value for money Uber or InDrive never use cash it's less headache."
"Do NOT stay there. There is NEVER anyone at front desk. We never got instructions. Did NOT feel comfortable leaving luggage when we checked out so we had to be with them several Hours in hot and dusty Cairo. No one should operate. Residence without staff. This is a shame."
