"Daniel was very helpful at check-in. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Hope they add a waffle maker to the breakfast line up. The hallway had a odor. Other than that my stay was wonderful. I would stay again."

"We were having our home tented for termites so had to vacate for several days with our 4 pets. This hotel is located less than 3 miles from our home so very convenient and pet friendly. We had to get two rooms because we have the dog vs cat situation so had to keep the animals separated. Pros: very clean and updated facility, polite & engaged staff, pet friendly, close to home and full kitchen amenities that made meals easier for all. Cons: urban location so very noisy place, especially at night - lots of traffic noise, sirens and trains. My corner room was closest to the intersection and the traffic noise made sleeping difficult. The “complimentary breakfast” consisted of coffee & tea urns with hot water, pre-packaged muffins, granola bars, and instant oatmeal. Very basic. Guests are charged additionally per pet per day and for parking (we had to bring two cars) and that isn’t well advertised on the websites and does add up quickly. Also, we noticed two fire engines there our 3rd day; apparently there was a fire in the laundry room and there was NO NOTIFICATION- no alarms or anything, which is concerning especially with multiple pets we would have had to manage if we would have had to evacuate - we only found out about this when my husband overheard staff discussing it later that day! All said, it met our basic needs in our situation but otherwise wouldn’t stay here."

"The property was great and fit our needs for the family. The host was easy to contact and very helpful.The only suggestions would be a paved sidewalk so that we didn't have to walk or roll suitecases through the mulch and possibly a manuel on the use of the tv and projector."
