"Good location, friendly - helpful staff, restaurant/bar had nice vibe/views, rooms were nice, amenities were fine (what we expected). Lobby opens onto the street - doors open a lot - it felt a little frenetic - but the staff was very attentive/helpful - you actually check in at a desk higher than street level, where it was a little calmer."

"First time in Vancouver and cannot recommend Hotel Willo enough! The location was very central and made it easy to get around all over the Vancouver area. The place was very clean and the staff were nice, the last things I want to worry about when travelling. Whenever I come to Vancouver in the future I know where I'll be staying, and where I'll be recommending to others!"

"This was a fantastic spot to stay for our trip to Vancouver. Close to downtown but far enough away where it wasn’t noisy. Super close walking distance to food, shops, etc.Farhad was a great host. Really communicative and fast to respond. Check in was really easy. If we ever come back to Vancouver, we would definitely stay here again."
