I didn’t utilize the hot tub or pool but the room was clean, jacuzzi clean, and Denny’s breakfast being attached is super convenient Hotel bar drinks and food were also good, no complaints!

Just letting you know that one of the rooms booked under my bookings did not gave hot water on Saturday, which meant showers were not had that day. Disappointed in that, but otherwise the stay was good.

This is my 3rd stay at this property and I will continue to stay here because of the location and the convenience of what's included in your suite. Having a fully functional kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave oven comes very handy.

Absolutely love the location. Right in the heart of Port Credit and right beside the river. Lovely walking paths, a wealth of restaurants to choose from, coffee shops etc. For the price, this place is excellent. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the staff are very responsive. It is a bit dated cosmetically, but the positives far outweigh this. Highly recommend.

The room was clean. Only complaint is the bathroom sink was very slow draining. The hotel has a very nice ambiance. The front desk staff was friendly and the restaurant on site has great breakfast offerings.

Power went out twice in one morning to just my side of the hotel... they comped a breakfast never used it.... rooms were clean, stay kinda had their heat up their but on to other things....
