"David is a great host with attention as needed. The guest house has a really nice set of kitchen utensils and items for cooking or baking. Well suppplied. We chose the location to be close to hiking and we spent our time in Sabino Canyon, Agua Caliente Park, Tucson Botanical Gardens and some nice restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Our stay was wonderful. Amazing birds in the back yard visited us throughout the day, including woodpeckers, verdin, and quail. The property is well laid out with veranda and pergola sitting areas, and swings that overlook various parts of the property including the neighbor's horse pasture. We walked the nearby trail to the hillside loop.There are plenty of really good local eateries, and there are many family activities within an hour or two including National Parks, historic mines (Bisby a must see), and mountain trails and parks that are 30 degrees cooler than the desert. Dave gave us really good suggestions for things to see and do, and we loved our time there."

"This property is awesome for big groups. We stayed here for a big family birthday/reunion event. The property is beautiful and area is great. There is much to do on the property and the owners were great to work with and help meet our event needs. The beds were super comfy! The biggest drawback is I wish the pool was heated or that there was an option to pay a fee for a heated pool. The adults did not partake in the non-heated pool, but it didn't stop the kiddos. Highly recommend! "

"Beautiful setting. Very good and varied areas for seeing the environment and enjoying the company of family and friends. Supplies as needed for kitchen and bedroom. Short on bathrooms and supplies. "

"Pool was great for me and my mid and the fireplace worked wonderful in the mornings since we weren’t running the heater! The house is very well kept and up to date and pristine! The house is quiet and neighborhood is as well! Gam room also exceeded our expectations and all the amenities were top notch"

"We enjoyed our stay in Tucson. The home is in a fantastic location—close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The house itself shows its age and could benefit from some updates, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit.The host was excellent: very attentive, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the temperature inside the house stayed consistently pleasant day and night, which made a big difference in the desert climate.Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay with a standout host."
