It was frustrating that none of the ice makers on the floors were working. Required to go to the bar to get ice or front desk. Otherwise the hotel is really nice and the pool is very pretty and great for enjoying the beautiful days.
The property is in dyer need of interior capital improvements, and specifically the guest room bathrooms. While rooms are clean, carpeted hallways were filthy days on end until I complained. Then staff would vacuum outside our room door (hallway) every evening at 8pm for the remaining days of our stay.

The stay was okay. What I did not like was the $50 parking fee per night for just open lot parking. The room deal rate was good but once you factor the parking fee and no free breakfast, I should have booked a different hotel. I think Hilton could do better and be more transparent in how they offer the price deal so customers can evaluate the true cost of their deals easier compared to other hotel offers.
Only reason not a 5 star overall was due to the hidden charges. It said pet friendly didn't mention $100 norefundable pet deposit. Eventually found the mention buried deep on site should be upfront by pet friendly statement.
