"Our television did not work properly with the cable setup. The front desk clerk came up to try to fix it, but could not, so we didn't have television for an evening. It turns out that the television had to be replaced. We understand that is not the hotel's fault and appreciate the quick replacement. The new television worked fine."

"It was an old hotel, so obviously shows it, but that is the charm and character of staying here. Staff were friendly, and rooms comfortable and clean. Just a neat way to explore the history of Buffalo Bill. "
