"We stayed there 4 nights but there was never a time the house keeping came to clean our room or provided us any towels exchange or refilled any supplies. The pools were dirty and cold. We liked the ocean view from our balcony but the late night noises and stomps from the room upstairs were too loud that made it difficult for us to sleep."

"The girl at the front desk was very nice and trying to help me sign in. She was helpfuland attentive."
