Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island
Great facility for families. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful but they just can’t or don’t know how to manage the volume efficiently enough which leads to very slow service most of the time. Still, good value for a very nice property with nice amenities.

Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark

Coral Beach Resort and Suites
We did have to switch rooms due to a fishy odor in one room but the hotel gave us a new room immediately . Everything else was absolutely wonderful . The pools were actually heated ! Just wonderful !
