"The location of this hotel is great, very walkable to all the shops and restaurants of Beaufort, also many of the historic sites. Breakfast is great and the pool was very nice. Daily service in the room is not offered unless requested which was fine for me, but we did have to request wash clothes and coffee multiple times, I wish they just put a stockpile in the room. But, overall, a decent stay."

"The property was welcoming to pets. It is in a great location and provides the low country living.The property management maintained communications prior to arrival and during the stay.An important thing, all vents should be cleaned and filters changed.There should be no mold or hair in the bathroom or on shower curtains. The stairs on the dock require an integrity inspection at regular intervals.The mattresses should be inspected for condition and integrity. "

"Relaxing getaway. We just stayed in the whole time. Watched the boats and thr clousds roll by. Lovely place and only 7 mins away from The Sands beach. 10/10 recommend "

"The check-in was seamless and the hotel accommodations were good. We were able to do an early check-in as well. However the first room we were given was not suitable for us because it smelled of smoke, but I was able to get our room changed and it smelled better. Although the floor was dirty and needed mopping, we had returned after the cleaning staff was gone, so I dealt with it. Overall, the stay was good and the beds were clean. I and my husband slept well. Thanks for accommodating us."

From the warm welcome we received from Emma to the wonderful breakfasts served each morning, nearly every aspect felt special. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making for the perfect getaway. The hosts clearly take great pride in maintaining the property while ensuring the guests are comfortable. The only area that could use a bit of improvement would be the cleanliness of the room. While it was not a major issue, a more thorough cleaning would have made our stay flawless. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming and memorable stay. "
