Friendly staff
Breakfast was great, having 24 hr access to coffee, tea and hot chocolate was a bonus
Cons- no elevator so bringing large luggages to 3rd floor up and down - spiral stairs was difficult. I hope staff will offer services to bring your luggages to the room.

By far our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. The breakfast was amazing in its variety and portions. The room set up was perfect for our family of four (2 bed 2 bath apartment) The Reykjavík Residence is wonderfully situated in walking distance of all downtown attractions and tours. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Great stay in the centre of Reykjavik. Lovely rooms and the spa was fab! Breakfast was also a great selection. Would definitely stay here again
