They contacted us via WhatsApp the day before our arrival flight to let us know if we had any needs, and they helped us with transportation, sending a taxi to the airport. We were greeted by a man who helped us with our luggage (which was very helpful because carrying suitcases to the room is terrible). On the first day, they gave us a complimentary wine, and breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. The day we left, checkout was at 11:00 a.m., but our taxi was scheduled to pick us up at 12:00 p.m. They allowed us to stay an extra hour without any problems. 100% recommended.
