"The staff were super friendly. The room was impeccably clean. it was fun to be able to use the rooftop pool after swimming at the beach. The restaurant was accommodating to my vegan diet a wonderfully fresh cooked meal right on the spot. The beach service was perfect. We used WhatsApp to communicate for cocktails and food. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for the perfect beach getaway."

"One block from the beach, good restaurants, a convinience store nearby. We were there for R&R so this was a great spot. The reason I gave, one particular staff at check-in a poor rating is because I had to argue with the guy to give me the room I had paid for. He wanted to give a room next to the small pool on the first floor although I had paid for ocean view. We argued a bit more and one of his co-workers stepped in and helped resolve and clarify the situation. The two women in the morning get excellent rating. They were helpful, friendly and even recomended a good restaurant the in the town over. Cleaning staff also excellent."

"The apartment is absolutely wonderful. Communication with the host is great. The beach may have eroded in other parts upper Progresso but at this location it’s still wonderful. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped, and the rest of the accommodations are top-notch. The location is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, and yet an easy parking distance.. have stayed here before me back again"

"This property is exactly what it says it is. I didn't think I would use the pool, but it turned out to be a very nice way to close out the evening after a long day at the beach. Property is well maintained and equipped. Made for a very nice place to call "home" during our holiday."

"Juan was an excellent host with great communication. Kitchen, bath towels and home could use some upgrades. House provided basics but should shop prior to arrival. Beach very private but the sandbags placed due to erosion does affect esthetics. Certainly not the fault of owners, more climate changes..we spent a month and had a wonderful time. Loved the quiet, pool was refreshing, and great day trips nearby."
