"Flight was delayed, we checked in very early in the morning. The older gentleman working was the kindest and most helpful hotel desk staff I think I’ve ever had. Breakfast was not worth $16. Eggs were hard and gross, lady who was working the dining area was miserable and not helpful at all. Asked for fresh eggs and was told no. "

"The host was very responsive to everything we needed and the amenities were fantastic (having a bidet when traveling is a blessing). The bed was also one of the most comfortable I've had when traveling. Would most definitely stay again."
