Location good - cleaniness needs work

We travelled down for Ballina to stay at this property. We were advised we couldn’t check in until 3pm and then the real estate phoned us the day before to advise we can check in from 9am - not suitable for us when travelling 6 hours. Once we did arrive at the property, the lawns were overgrown, the property was covered in cob webs, cleanness inside wasn’t much better - oven and exhaust fan in bathroom look like they haven’t been cleaned in months and don’t get me started on the state of the filter on the washing machine. Property doesn’t have wifi and normal TV signal isn’t strong enough to watch a show. Not sure where the stated BBQ was but not at the property. We wouldn’t return to this property in the future.
