This family-friendly unit is located in a prime position on the 7th level of the popular St Tropez Building.
With secure access, a lift in the building, use of the 1/2 size tennis court and swimming pool with spa, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is perfect for that quick weekend getaway or family holiday. All necessary items are provided to make your stay enjoyable including a large balcony for you to relax on with your morning coffee or after a busy day, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, and an internal laundry with dryer. The main bedroom also has a TV. Ceiling fans are in the living area and the main bedroom. Park the car in the garage and take a stroll into The Entrance town center and all the amenities The Entrance has to offer: Cafes, Restaurants, Shopping Centre, patrolled beach and The Entrance Ocean pools. Alternatively, you can walk the opposite direction to Blue Bay, Toowoon Bay and the beautiful beaches here on the Central Coast. You won't be short of choice for swimming or relaxing on the beach with a book.
The property is located just over an hours drive from Sydney, north via the M1 or Newcastle, south via the M1. If you wish to leave the car at home whilst on holidays, there are multiple buses available from town to access different parts of the Central Coast

The location can not be faulted. Cleanliness however was poor. The apartment had a musty smell, and the soft flooring felt damp. Although stated, not having wifi was a nuisance. The TV in the living room had poor sound. Overall the standard of the apartment was a disappointment, but had so much more potential. Value for money, location yes, but standard no.
Was a lovely few days, wished we stayed longer!! Beautiful views and lovely apartment, definitely will stay there again.

Great view but there was tonnes of flaws with the apartment
-Horrible service at the desk. Making us turn around from being at Gosford to bring back a garage remote for cleaning when they didn't end up needing it when we picked it up. As well as NOT informing me of check out date was on the 11/02 not the 10/02 when i handed keys in as it said the 10th on the booking pamphlet i got handed when checked in
-No ceiling fans or air con so all the doors had to be open 24/7
-The bathroom in the ensuite was spraying water from wall fitting when turned on
-The BBQ was not clean before we used it
-The sliding door in the second bedroom (bunk bed) wouldn't open smoothly or at all
-The wardrobe doors in the master bedroom weren't on the tracks
-Shower was filthy
-There was only one bin, and not even any bins in the bathrooms
-Minimal selection of pots
-Only one hot plate on BBQ worked
I could go on for days.
The best thing about the apartment was the view but needs some serious refurbishment.
I was a little concerned after reading few reviews that disputed the cleanliness of the appartement but apart from few dust bunnies in hard to reach areas everything else was good the unit is old but well furnished and maintained the bedding was comfortable and clean and extra pillows and covers available if needed. Two TV units in the apartment both oldish if you are used to smart TV and there is a DVD player and stereo unit with lovely artwork on the walls. Six burner BBQ on the balcony and a six seats table as well as a lot of cutlery in the kitchen. There is a kettle, electric frypan, toaster, small sandwich press and everything clean and tidy. The shower recess is very small and hard to figure out where was the hot water switch to get to shower. There is a pool and tennis court in the building (shared)
Communication with the strata manager was a bit disappointing as all we got was a bunch of keys and an envelope without labels or instructions. I even had to figure out where was the parking lot entrance and where was our spot and to test all the different keys to know which keys opened what.
At the end of our stay when we had to return the keys the office was closed (public holiday) and I followed the instructions left about where to drop off the keys if office not attended and tried to call the number provided to contact manager only to be redirect to a voice message bank and few hours later I received a message telling me that I'm late in returning the keys while driving back home few hundred kilometres away.
All sorted after but again still very disappointed in the Communication process

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.

excellent position great unit
we really enjoyed our stay at St Tropez the unit is well equiped it had everything needed in the kitchen plus a BBQ we loved the decore colours very beachy it was very clean
main bedroom had a very comfortable bed although the showers are a bit small
the views were just outstanding from every room the balcony was huge with great out door setting perfect for enjoying the view
Just a short stroll to the beach and town
will definately be back to stay at unit 39 we loved it

Beautiful property
The apartment is beautiful and set out with ease, the balcony was amazing along with the beautiful views. The only negative feedback would be the circulation inside. It was very humid and we found it very hard to sleep. There was no fly screens to open the doors/window as insects might fly in. An aircon should be installed to insure a great night sleep. More comfortable couches should be taken into consideration
