The property was good however the agency who was handling the property was very rude and unhelpful.

Unfortunately, this unit was very disappointing. The lounge and upholstery were very dirty and stained. The windows were locked and unable to be opened at all, which meant relying solely on the single air conditioner in the living area, which had mould inside. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was caked in thick dust.No tea towels were provided to aid with washing up. The bath towels had marks on them. The unit is located above the exhaust for the kitchen of a neighbouring restaurant, so the constant smell of oily food being cooked meant it was impossible to have the balcony sliding door open for most of the day and night, and made relaxing on the balcony impossible.The unit itself was very tired looking, needed painting and refreshing, including the water damaged carpet. Positives were the water views from each window, and the clean bedding provided. There is no WIFi available in this unit and only one access key was provided, making it tricky for family members to access the unit independently from one another, as access key is required to operate the buildings lifts.

Was a bit disappointed with this place. It’s very outdated. The carpet looks like there is water damage all through the apartment. There was no shampoo or soaps in the bathroom (the one on the wall in the shower was empty) saw cockroach’s on the balcony, inside our apartment and in the hallways of the apartment block. The fold out sofa bed was like you’re laying on hard springs (suggest maybe a foam mattress) and the beds were also hard and uncomfortable. I did take photos if needed but prob wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately and for an oaks building I was surprised
